„Directions and check in was complete and fairly easy to follow. The space was what I expected from the listing. Walking along the beach was enjoyable and we enjoyed both the pier in the morning and a dinner within walking distance. The only snafu was the heat seemed to be programmed to get pretty hot in the middle of the night and we had to turn it off“

„We enjoyed our week in this appartment close to Venice Beach. It was very spacious, well equipped (Kitchen, TV, etc.) and our host was absolutely supportive during our check-in process! If you want to be a bit away of the rush in Venice but still close (in walking distance) to the beach (20-30 min) this is a great place.“

„Location was central to all the family places and gatherings and just half a block from the beach. Great rooms but upstairs living room could use additional, traditional, furniture and a television. Some updating would make it perfect. We were very pleased with our stay. Have not heard about clean-up deposit.“

„Cool DTLA property. Free parking was a great amenity. Felt very secure and safe in the building with fantastic lobby staff. Space was well equipped, washer/dryer was a plus. Location is downtown so be prepared for not so pleasant smells and a very present unhoused population in the immediate surroundings. „Lovely apartment that is centrally located. We had such a fun time and look forward to staying again. The hot tub on the roof was fantastic. The pool isn’t heated, but an icy cold plunge was pretty fun and refreshing. And the views from the roof are spectacular!“

„We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE.“

„The house was in quiet part of town. There was a grocery store and restaurant on the same block (although not a ton of choice otherwise). It was good to have parking on site. The beach was undergoing restoration so it was a little hard to get to, but it was close. “

„Needed a nice place for a two week stay in LA. This condo fit the bill. Great location, lots of restaurants and other amenities close by. Dedicated parking. And the condo itself was perfectly outfitted. Nice appliances. All the utensils you need. Comfy bed. And was very clean. Brooke was very responsive. Having to go through the guard gate could be a little cumbersome, but added to the security. All in all highly recommended. “

„The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be.
