„The property is very secluded and quiet, a beautiful place to star gaze but there is no view of the lake (the lake is across the road, with a small opening only). The coffee maker was extremely slow and the stairs to upstairs have a shallow tread but everything else was great. Lots of amenities, clean and well kept property. “

„The Property is wonderful! We loved the Beach, the Deck, the surrounding area. There is lots of room and the wife loved the kitchen. Can't say enough good things about the location. .... only one thing I would change, and this is just me, I really missed not seeing the Baseball Playoffs so having a sports channel that plays live would make it 1000 percent, :) ... but again, this is just me. The Place was awesome! the time we spent there went waaaay to fast, wish I could do it all over again, ...

„This is our fifth trip to the Island in the last 20 years and we love to come here every few years in the fall months to see the vibrant colours and enjoy the peacefulness of the Island. This is the first time at The Vista and loved the location right on the lake and the setup of the cottage suited our lifestyle perfectly, and the cleanliness was first class. „This was a great place to stay! We stayed over Christmas and the host was very generous to let us put up a Christmas tree for the kids! The host was very responsive to all messages and was very compassionate when an unexpected situation arose. The house itself is big and yet felt homey. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. An excellent stay all around.“

„The property was perfect, with lots of space to relax. The host, Williamina, had the kitchen stocked with all the essentials needed to make a nice breakfast and the bathroom stocked with lots of clean towels. We had beautiful weather that allowed us to enjoy the patio and BBQ after a day of sightseeing on lovely Manitoulin Island.“

„Die teuerste Unterkunft der ganzen Rundreise hat uns enttäuscht. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer im Haupthaus gebucht. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers roch es sehr modrig. Obwohl wir das kleine Fenster die ganze Zeit offenließen, verflog der Geruch nicht. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und der fleckige, vermutlich modrige Teppichboden gehört dringend erneuert. Die Lampe war verrostet und die Matratzenbezüge waren ziemlich fleckig. Richtig eklig. Das Management scheint das Office selten ...

"Ein ruhig gelegenes Motel in einer traumhaften Gegend. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, groß und sauber. 2 Queensize Betten sind sehr angenehm. für den Preis echt in Ordnung. Allerdings ist das Haus sehr hellhörig."
