„The cottage was perfect. Clean, fresh linens, etc. The view of the river, fishing, kayaking or cooking out was so relaxing. Close to Eugene and next door to Florence on the coast where there are sights and good restaurants galore. Chad and Judi were wonderful hosts. Friendly, knowledgeable, assessable, helpful, but not in your face. Highly recommend.“

„Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Wald auf einer kleinen Lichtung. Die Anfahrt ist beim Ersten mal etwas tricki darum hatten wir einen Treffpunkt mit der Verwalterin auf einem Supermarktparkplatz verabredet. Nach Old Town Florence sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto auch die Strände sind sehr nahe. Im Haus war es gemütlich und den großen Außenbereich kann man gut nutzen. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es bei der Sauberkeit und bei dem Bad. Das Bad ist winzig, keine Stellmöglichkeiten, mit 6 Leuten möchte ich es ...

„I absolutely love this home and amazing views, provided entertainment to the family with fishing, hot tub, games, puzzles, and a place to cook on the barbecue and in the kitchen. Love the proximity to town and restaurants.The home is very unique with a spiral staircase, and the three levels. „The scenery from the house was exceptional! So beautiful. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that the kitchen counters were not clean...food (rice) and crumbs on the counters and sticky in spots so we needed to give it a good cleaning that way. You should definitely have a dehumidifier running full-time in the living room as well as the bedroom this time of year. We got hail and intermittent heavy rains all weekend! „My wife & I stayed at Gary's place for 4 nights. It's a great set-up for us - easy parking, privacy, peaceful around the clock. The view of the lake was off-the-hook.I read a review about a hectic 4th of July party, but that has to be way out of the ordinary. We did meet Gary once as we were leaving - he's easy going and super nice. The main space of the apartment is clean, comfortable and had some nice retro features - which we enjoy. Thanks for a great stay, Gary!!!“

„Chose this place as it had 3 bedrooms, the reviews saying the kitchen was well stocked, and the amazing location of being at the mouth of the river as it dumps into the ocean.
