Dieses neu erbaute zweistöckige Haus wurde als tropische Oase konzipiert, in der Sie mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die für die Funktionalität und Zweckmäßigkeit eines Meetings erforderlich sind, Entspannung finden.

Ein offener, sehr heller und geräumiger Grundriss, sorgfältig eingerichtete Möbel, Annehmlichkeiten und eine großartige Lage bieten die perfekte Umgebung. Das mit Zen-Sensibilität dekorierte Patio-Deck im Freien und die Dachterrasse erweitern den Wohnraum in eine private Ozeanlandschaft mit Panoramablick.
Angler’s Terrace verfügt über insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer mit Vollbad, die mit Pillow-Top-Matratzen und Lush-Baumwollbettwäsche in Hotelqualität ausgestattet sind. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Vollbad, ein Queensize-Bett im 2. Gästezimmer und ein voll über Volletagenbett im 3. Gästezimmer (teilen sich ein Bad). Unten finden Sie eine Königin im 4. Gästezimmer mit eigenem Bad. (Queen Schlafsofa ebenfalls erhältlich)

Der Wohnbereich ist bequem mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für die Zubereitung Ihres frischen Tagesfangs benötigen. Die hochmoderne Küche bietet ein offenes Küchenkonzept mit Quarzarbeitsplatten, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und einer Essecke mit bequemen Sitzplätzen für 10 Personen. Große Glasschiebetüren bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser.

Es gibt eine Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Mit Highspeed-WLAN rund ums Haus.
Die Angler-Terrasse hat alles, was Sie zum Angeln benötigen. Es liegt perfekt am Meer, nur wenige Minuten vom Riff entfernt und doch nahe genug an der Sieben-Meilen-Brücke, um am Golf angeln zu können. Es gibt einen Filettisch zum Reinigen, einen Gefrierschrank für Köder, Wasser, Strom und eine Außendusche. Dort sind auch zwei Gitter vorgesehen. Das gesamte Dock ist 60 Fuß. 28 Fuß können für Ihr Schiff verwendet werden (wenn wir einen größeren Platz für Ihr Boot benötigen, lassen Sie es uns bitte wissen). Canal ist 35 Fuß tief und wir haben genügend Parkplätze für 3 Autos und Ihren Anhänger an der Seite des Hauses

Kein Fischer…. Entspannen Sie in unseren Liegestühlen am Gunite-Pool, während Sie dem Wasser aus den Deckjets des Pools lauschen (Heizung optional), oder fahren Sie fünf Minuten zum Sombrero-Strand oder zehn Minuten zum Bahia Honda-Strand, um etwas Sand hineinzuholen deine Zehen.

Die Angler’s Terrace befindet sich südlich der Meile Marker 49 am Tranquility Bay Resort. Nur eine Stunde nach Key West (je nach Verkehr) und zwei Stunden nach Miami. Direkter Zugang zum Meer mit 60 Fuß des gesamten Docks, von dem 30 Fuß für Ihr Boot verwendet werden können. (Es sei denn, Sie sorgen für vollen Platz). Ausgezeichnetes Angeln, Tauchen, Schnorcheln und Sandbänke sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt

Spread out and enjoy the open air
We Really enjoyed ourselves. The open air concept was great because we had rain a couple of days and we could still spread out and enjoy the outdoors without getting wet. There was also plenty of room for everyone to separate and spread out when we wanted to with the pool on the bottom floor and the view from the rooftop barbecue area. Andy the owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns that I had. There was also a cornhole game on the rooftop for us to enjoy and beach chairs for the beach. Great Trip
From the start, the Host was cordial and responsive including when we arrived in property. The house is well set up for a large group like ours and we enjoyed every space available, especially evening games on the 3rd floor terrace. Great location to our favorite exploration areas on the water, with quick minimum wake journeys to open water in the Atlantic or Bay side. Our entire group enjoyed the location and all amenities without a concern in the world. Thanks to the hosts for a great, beautiful location to spend a family vacation.

Beautiful home on Marathon Key
What a fantastic time we all had this past week in Marathon Key. Andy was a great host and responded quickly to any queries we had- from check in to great places to eat and where to rent kayaks. Our favorite part of the house had to be the upstairs area where we grilled dinner, relaxed in the evening breeze, played cornhole, danced and enjoyed a beautiful evening. My adult kids had a blast fishing off the deck and caught all kinds of beautiful fish. (and threw those beauties back) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we could possibly have needed to make great dinners on the occasions that we opted to stay in. Book this beautiful home- you’ll have zero regrets!!

This house is amazing, and the location is perfect. There are so many options where you can take in the beautiful views of the water that surrounds the property. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop deck, the terrace just off of the kitchen and living room and the beautiful pool area. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet with shopping and restaurants close by. I loved the modern design and appreciated how clean the house was when we arrived. Beautiful House - Great Location - Lots of Extras
To start, the host for this property was great. Worked with us on check-in and made sure everything was perfect. The house itself, I do not believe the pictures do it justice. The home is the perfect vacation home, that being with friends or family. It is in a great location to take a boat out or visit resturants in the area. We stayed in Key Colony and never our stay as much as we did this visit to Marathon. The home is 3 levels. The second level has 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. On the second level, the balcony have a 6 person dinner table. It is amazing to have family dinner, while over looking the canal. The third level has great 360 views on the area, sectional couch, and outdoor kitchen. The top level also have corn hole boards, we even donated 2 new sets of corn hole bags to any one that stays and plays. The bottom level have a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom and even an outdoor shower. The shower is great from coming back off the boat, before getting in the pool, washing your reel-n-rods or in our case, one of our guys taking daily showers. Outdoor shower has heat. The home is tankless hot water, so hot water on before jumping in a shower but once hot, it never runs out. Once you stay at this home, you will feel as if you have a connection with the home. We are already looking to rebook. I would implore anyone that stays at this home to treat her good. I hope others get to make the great memories the home gave to us.

Pure Perfection
We had a group of 6 ranging in age from 15 to 40. Our sole purpose of our trip was to fish. This house was an excellent location with quick access to the open waters of the Atlantic and the Gulf. The house is well equipped with a small fridge and bait freezer outside. The dock is perfect, with plenty of room for our 25’ boat. We saw manatees and lots of fish daily, including some very large tarpon. The pool is a perfect spot to relax. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop deck, and also grilling in the evenings. Andy, the host is amazing. He was very responsive and made excellent recommendations for boat rentals, charters, restaurants, and a bakery. We definitely plan to stay at this house again. The only issues we had were the lack of storage in the bedrooms and the lack of cup options. The bedrooms do not have many, if any drawers to store clothes or other items in. Most of the bedroom storage is closets only. The only cups in the house are coffee cups and small glasses. I would suggest bringing some plastic cups, or purchasing some when you arrive.

Gorgeous home with stunning waterfront and sailboat filled views!! Beautifully furnished and decorated. Outstanding dock space, with hoses on both ends, cleaning table, etc.. Calm and secure canal just off of Boot Key Harbor. Very convenient location - whether you're traveling by car or boat. Outstanding use of space on all 3 levels/stories of the home. Level 1: beautiful pool and downstairs bedroom and bathroom, outstanding views from the 2nd (main) floor, and stunning views and great use of space on the rooftop (3rd floor). Beautifully Renovated Home in Paradise
We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated waterfront home in Marathon. We arrived on one of the coldest days of the year and was able to still swim in the heated pool. By the middle of the week the weather warmed and we were able to take advantage of the beautiful rooftop with gorgeous views. Plenty of amenities including towels and washer/dryer, plus all equipment you need in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this property for lazy pool days at home, fishing trips that fit our 30 ft boat, or even a drive down the road to Sombrero Beach. Thanks for the great week!

I can not say enough good things about this property or the host! Andy was incredibly responsive and the house exceeded all our expectations. It’s even better than the pictures and the location if you have a boat is amazing. The rooftop was our favorite and the kitchen with its big island is the best place to hang while cooking. So well stocked. Andy went through extra effort to make sure the house was ready after hurricane Ian went through Florida and it was perfect upon arrival. Decorated so beautifully. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us and being such a gracious and accommodating host!
