Brandneue Ledersofas und mit nur feinster Bettwäsche (Fadenzahl 600), Kissen und Bettzeug ist dies die bequemste Unterkunft auf den Keys. Gut ausgestattete Küche für Ihren Kochgenuss.



42 "-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und ein Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer.



Die Residenz verfügt auch über eine 35-Fuß-Bootsrampe direkt hinter der Unterkunft.



Die Marina vor Ort bietet umfassende Serviceleistungen wie Bootsrampe und Kraftstoff.



Die untere Ebene verfügt über einen großen Grundriss mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, die zum Ess- und Familienzimmer offen ist. Die Küche ist mit modernsten Geräten aus Edelstahl und Granit ausgestattet.



Alle Zimmer bieten Blick auf das Wasser. Das Pulverbad befindet sich günstig für die Gäste im Erdgeschoss.



Das Wohnzimmer öffnet sich zum hinteren überdachten Deck. Der perfekte Rückzugsort für Ihren Morgenkaffee.



Die zweite Ebene umfasst 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 zusätzliche Badezimmer und 2 private Balkone. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Wäscheschrank und Granit-Waschtischen. Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei separate Schränke für Sie und Ihn, einen Fernseher, Gewölbedecken und Zugang zu einem privaten Balkon mit Blick auf die Wasserstraße.



Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, einen TV, Gewölbedecken und einen privaten Balkon. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei (2) Einzelbetten, einen Schrank, einen Fernseher und Gewölbedecken. Diese beiden Zimmer teilen sich ein Bad auf dem Flur, einschließlich Badewanne / Dusche und Granitwaschtisch.

Der Yachthafen vor Ort verfügt über eine Bootsrampe (10 USD pro Nutzung) und einen Lagerraum für Anhänger (10 USD pro Tag), Fischreinigungstische im Schatten, Frischwasserschläuche, kalte Getränkeautomaten und Eis. 



Innerhalb weniger Minuten nach dem Verlassen unseres Yachthafens befinden Sie sich im Meer oder am Golf von Mexiko und in mehreren am Wasser gelegenen Restaurants.

BEWARE NO BOAT DOCK
Place was nice but as shown and advertised in listing, you could not dock your boat in front of property due to the City condemned the dock due to sink holes along the walkway. That should have been disclosed. You can still dock at the marina. Just misleading.

There is black mold in the master bedroom. We end it up with two persons with sore throat. The toilets do not flush properly The fire alarms went off for nothing The property manager never answer the phone and always respond with delay apologizing. On top of that the check out is at 10 AM. First and last time here.

Boaters Paradise
I recently had the pleasure of staying on Marathon Key and it was an unforgettable experience! The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made our stay incredibly comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of the standout features was the boat ramp. It was conveniently located and easily accessible, making it a breeze to get our boat in and out of the water. This was a huge plus for us, as we spent most of our days out on the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys. The location itself is fantastic, providing stunning views and a serene atmosphere. We enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings by the water, and the proximity to local attractions and dining options was just perfect. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-notch experience were evident in every aspect of the property. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay on Marathon Key, especially if you're bringing a boat, I highly recommend this property. It exceeded all our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

Perfect Spot for Family that likes to fish, dine, and wants to be centrally located in the Keys
It's great - updated and everything worked well. The kitchen/living room/dining area is spacious and comfortable. Microwave, large fridge, dining table and coffee pt (no Keurig). There's a nice little half bath downstairs. There are double doors lead to a nice-sized deck for lounging and just steps (like 10) away from the boat slip. The slip has power (30 amp so bring an adapter) and fresh water. Its easily accessible for boast, I would say, to 35'? It is on a channel, but there's plenty of room to turn around, and your boat is weather/wind protected and there's no wake. The attached marina and staff are GREAT. Debbie at the marina is a hoot - love her. There staff helped us launch and load - they have power and water and will rinse your trailer and store it once you're in the water. Do stay in the channel - there is coral. The bedrooms are very spacious - all had comfortable beds, nice linens and all had balconies. there were big closets and some hangers, storage etc. - perfect for a week or two long getaway. The bathrooms are clean and updated. They show a little age, but not bad at all - we definitely felt clean using them - 100%, and we had 5 people using two upstairs showers. The washer/dryer is upstairs so super convenient. The host gave us 2 pods for washing (thank you), but I'd advise to bring more. No problems with AC. There are a few blemishes on walls and carpets but really nothing major - really nice. Check in and communication were great - they're pros.

Perfect Place to stay in the Keys
We came to bike the "Keys" as a family. Our orginal place cancelled on us a few months before our trip. We had to find a new place, and we lucked out on finding this cute little cottage. So relaxing to sit in the rocking chairs on the master bedroom balcony and enjoy the view. We weren't there too much, but when we were, so nice to enjoy the views. The beds are super comfortable also. We don't boat, but if you do, you would love this place.

Porch sitting, sunbathing, and lots of walks.
The Coral Lagoon community is lovely. The pool area was nice and kept very clean. There is a bath house right next to it. Our party of four adults enjoyed hanging out on the porch overlooking the canal in the morning and evenings. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. We met others while lounging by the pool and the community has many who return to it each year. Everyone was very friendly. Regarding unit #8, most of the photos were accurate there were a couple pieces of furniture shown that were not there when we rented. The TVs in BR 2 & 3 did not work. We didn't report to the property manager, since it wasn't that important to us. We did report a broker toaster and hair dryer and those were replaced the same morning we requested it. The carpet in the staircase was pretty worn out, a replacement would freshen up the look. Also, there were quite a few marks on some of the hallway and closet walls. All in all, we enjoyed the unit and location. The real draw when booking was the boat slip, which we had intended to use with a rented boat a couple of our travel days. However, the wind and weather didn't cooperate. That would have been a wonderful amenity had it worked out for us to use.

Great location and docked the boat right off the porch!
This property is at a great location near Vaca Cut. We were able to put the boat right off the pack porch which made it awesome for loading and unloading the boat each day. There are many great things to do close by and great restaurants. The house was clean and had comfortable beds, plenty of room with a big back porch to hang out on for morning coffee and evening cocktails!

The location on a beautiful canal was peaceful. The neighborhood quiet. Next to a full service marina and having a boat slip in front of our unit was a big bonus for which we did not take advantage. Big negative was the refrigerator / freezer which was on the blink. A smaller temporary unit was brought in. Fridge should have been fixed / replaced ahead of our visit. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Checking in with the key code was a breeze. I noticed right away that the freezer was not making ice. I reached out and received no response regarding the ice maker. We went grocery shopping that evening and spent about $200. We put a groceries away and noticed the next day that the refrigerator and freezer were not working. A handful of our grocery items were no longer edible after not being refrigerated, or being frozen in the temporary refrigerator that they gave us. It looks like in previous review there was an issue with the refrigerator. I recommend checking to see if that refrigerator has been replaced before you book this VRBO. That was definitely an inconvenience for our trip. There was one butter knife. There was an issue with the upstairs toilet not filling, maintenance did come take care of that right away. The beds and pillows are not the most comfortable, the king bed in the master suite makes a lot of noise. If you are getting up to use the restroom, be prepared to wake up the person sleeping next to you. There's a large stain at the landing of the stairs, almost looks like a vomit splatter stain. There's a big palm branch/leaf that needs to be removed, it is directly in the path of the sidewalk to enter the unit. We found a large cockroach on the first night, no more were seen after that. The pool was really nice and the location was great. The welcome basket is very nice as well. For the price we paid I expected a little more.

The Keys
Beautiful, quiet property situated on a lagoon. Clean and spacious. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. Location is conducive for short jaunts to state parks, key Largo, and Key West! We used #gypsyguide during our drives. Wonderful guided tour all along Route 1. We would recommend this place for your stay.

The place was nice but some things need to be updated, the cookware needs to be replaced. We were contacted the day of arrival that the refrigerator was broke but they did replace it with a small one which was good enough for the stay. Overall everything was nice. Thank you Kristine for your help.

Great place to stay in Marathon
From the second we pulled into the parking lot this place was great First, all the people in our party are live aboard boaters on the Chesapeake Bay. We brought 2 of our small boats with us so we could explore. As advertised the dock is right out the back door. REALLY convenient . Marina with fuel is just around the corner. Again, really convenient. If you are a boater this place is for you. The unit was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for 5 adults. We would highly recommend to anybody.

Would never stay her again
We booked this for 8 people (they have since changed the listing). When we arrived, there was nowhere for two people to sleep and no bedding for them. We tried for over an hour to contact the host and left messages for the after-hours contact. Nothing. This was before 10 pm. The next morning we heard back from her saying that if I wanted to have 8 people stay, I should have brought air mattresses and bedding with me. Nowhere was this stated in any of the communication leading up to our stay or in the listing (which she has now changed). She was extremely rude, implying over and over that it was all my fault. Then she informed me that I could rent 2 cots for a large fee. At one point she even said that she didn't like my attitude, and said that they wouldn't let me rent them at all (she did back down from this eventually). In the end, we chose to just have them drop off blankets instead of paying a ton more to rent the cots that we were never told we needed to rent. Mind you, this was after a night with no blankets for 2 people, who ended just laying on the couches. The worst thing about this was her attitude. If she had been apologetic about the inaccurate listing or her failure to let us know about the need to rent cots, that would have been a different story. Instead, she argued that I should have counted the beds listed and realized that it didn't add up to 8 people, even though the listing said it slept 8 adults. There was very little silverware. I don't think there were even 6 forks. The toilets clogged over and over again, and there was only one plunger that we kept moving from one bathroom to the next. They want you to unload the dishwasher after running the dishes before check out at 10AM. Normal to start the dishes, but not normal to have to wait around for them to be ready to put away! Also, they wanted us to leave no more than 3 loads of laundry for them to wash, including all the bedding, but provided no laundry detergent for us to wash them. If you are looking for a place to stay, there is a different unit in this same complex that we also rented. It was fantastic and has beds for all 8 people. If you have 8 people, it comes out to less money than renting the cots. Boater's Paradise at Coral Lagoon/3 bed 2.5 bath/waterfront with 40ft slip! Property ID: 2058525

Great Spot
We have stayed at this resort multiple times but this was our first visit to this unit. Everything was very convenient and made unpacking & boat loading/unloading the easiest ever, loved having our slip directly in front of the unit(not the case with many others in this resort). Very comfortable furnishings & kitchen well stocked. This location is ideal for going out to either Gulf or Atlantic via Vaca cut. Easy to work with manager for any questions & very quick responses. Thank you for a great week!!!

The location is perfect for boaters!! The back porch with a view of the canal was lovely, nice and peaceful enjoying the breeze and a cool drink. The Townhouse was cute and well appointed.

Great rental!
Upon opening the door for the first time I was very pleased to see the place was exactly as pictured! Very comfortable for our family and had everything needed to feel right at home. Having the boat slip directly behind us made going out in the boat simple! Communication with Kristin was great and she made everything very simple! You don’t go to many rentals that have a welcome basket personally to your family and this place does! Great stay! Would definitely recommend! Very Clean and comfy!
