This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

"Amazing property! Very quiet and good privacy. Excellent location if you bring your boat. The boat ramp is nearby and the property has plenty of space to park the boat trailer. Great water canal and easy access to the ocean and the bay. If you do not have a boat you can just walk down the street to the beautiful Sombrero Beach!"

"The 6 of us had an incredible time. Our place was minutes from Sombrero Beach. We took advantage of all the amenities... Three kayaks with easy access to canal, nice pool with an outdoor shower to wash off beach sand, corn hole, chess, great lowest level slab area for entertaining. Nice outdoor lighting. Three great rooms and a highlight was another washer and dryer on second floor. Every morning, I would have my coffee on the upper deck which looks to the west and shaded towards the canal. Highly recommend that you rent bikes for the entirety of your stay. They deliver to the house. Took two 8-10 mile rides to Pigeon Key (great 4 mile total pedestrian and bike bridge) and would ride up the street to Publix and a local bar that has billiards. Definitely check out the Turtle Hospital.. The first in the world. The kitchen is well used and has chopping block countertops but it was spacious and easy for us 6 to co-cook. Garbage is picked up 2-3 times per week."

"Our family came down from North Fl and stayed with another family in this home. The layout of the home made it feel as if we all had our own space and weren't on top of each other. We had a blast swimming in the pool, fishing off of the dock, kayaking in the canal and walking to the beach to watch the amazing sunset. This house met ALL of our expectations and we will definitely stay again."

Perfect in every way. Whole family (adults, kids and dog) had a fantastic time. House was perfect, and so close to the beach. Loved being able to take the dog for walks to the beach. Our dog hated water and now is a beach bum. Kids had fun with pool, and fishing out back. Saw manatees off the dock everyday. Any issue we had was fixed immediately. Great experience, Definitely coming back next year.

Nice house, great pool, great location!
We had a nice stay. Can't say enough about the management company, Coco Plum. They were extremely responsive and responded to a few insignificant issues very quickly. The house was nice. Great pool and nice proximity to the channel for fishing. The living room set up is a little uncomfortable for TV watching - The couches are offset from the TV and it's difficult watching from some of the chairs. My wife and I also feel that for the price, there should be real kitchen diningware instead 100% plasticware. We also missed having a separate kitchen table to eat at. Sitting on a barstool gets old after a few days. I guess the value for this house is in the pool/dock and proximity to Sombrero beach. Otherwise, the beds are nice and comfortable and the bathrooms serve their purpose. Overall, it was a good experience but we had bad weather that affected the overall satisfaction of our stay.

Nice property, great pool and good fishing in the canal. Sombrero Beach is fantastic and very close. Only complaint would be the hot water. Showers were always just luke warm and never a hot shower. Other than that a great property.

The house was set up very nice. There were 6 of us and we did not get in each others way. My grandsons want to stay there again next year. It was great having a dock as we always rent a boat for fishing. A lot of Volley Ball was played.

Sea Haven was a nice house that had what we needed to enjoy our trip to Marathon. We enjoyed the kayaks, pool, and most importantly the volleyball net. Many great memories!
