With a panoramic view of The Gulf of Mexico and Hawks Cay Marina, our condo boasts a wrap-around screened in porch between our double master bedrooms and large living area that offers you many options to take in the stunning view during your stay. This condo is all on one floor and has an elevator for easy access.

About Hawks Cay Resort and Duck Key: Outside of the condo, enjoy your stay in a luxurious golf cart community with the pleasure of everything in walking distance, if that's what you prefer! Hawk's Cay offers a number of restaurants and activities that are open to public, including: Angler & Ale Dockside Fresh Dining, Sixty-One Prime Steakhouse, Hawk's Cay Dolphin Experience, Calm Waters Spa, boat charters for a deep sea fishing experience, snorkeling excursions, sunset cruises, boat rentals, kayak rentals, paddle board rentals, and so much more!

About the area: Duck Key is conveniently located between Marathon and Islamorada, both Keys that offer an endless list of things to do during your stay. Marathon is just 10 miles away; Islamorada is 17 miles away. In Marathon - Check out Sombrero Beach, additional boat charters, snorkeling experiences, boat rentals, and great restaurants like The Island Fish Company and Florida Keys Steak & Lobster House. You'll also find Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores in Marathon. In Islamorada - You'll find even more opportunities to rent or charter a boat, go snorkeling, attend Theater of the Seas, and enjoy great restaurants like Square Grouper and Ziggie & Mad Dogs Steakhouse.

About the condo: The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a delicious meal, as well as a dry bar with a beverage fridge and entertaining accessories. The condo has 3 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms with king sized beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin sized beds) and 2 full sized bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own smart TV and all linens are provided for you during your stay. The condo is also equipped with a front load washer and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay. When it's time to relax, click on the colorful electric fireplace (available with or without heat), and enjoy the electric recliner and couch or the outdoor patio with pocketing doors to take in the stunning view. Our advice - don't miss the opportunity to watch the sunrise or sunset from the patio.

Cross country trip for a family wedding.
The condo was well appointed and immaculately clean! Having traveled by air there are several items we simply could not bring. We found so many extras like a large cooler and beach bag even pickle ball set up. Those items really helped us enjoy our over all stay in FL for the off times of the wedding events. Condo was just what we wanted
Three single women enjoyed the condo. Nice to have an elevator to go up three floors. Three bedrooms meant that we each had our privacy. The spacious lanai was super with a nice space for meals and conversation. Nice property for walking or biking. Convenient location to Marathon, where we found some interesting activities - Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Hammock, and the Turtle Hospital. All three had very interesting guided tours. We enjoyed a day trip in Key West - 1.5 hours drive each way.

Thank you for taking care of us. Barn door on the twin rooms doesn't give to much privacy if you are adults. But lovely view of the balcony. Great communications from the host.Really will go out of their way to fix any incident you have. Is worth the start.

Checking out Hawks Cay for wedding
We stayed here for a long weekend to check out Hawks Cay as our daughter is getting married in March there. Place was as described and worked well for us. Only thing I would add is a curtain between the master bedroom and bathroom. Didn’t need anything else, all was there and would rent again.

Wonderful stay!
HIGHLY recommend this rental unit! Gorgeous views, huge wrap around porch and comfortable beds. We loved this unit. Was easy to park and access via elevator, and so comfortable to come home to after exploring other islands. We had friends staying in a little house across the street, and they were envious of our rental! A walk down the dock in the morning and you can greet the manitee that lives there. We also met many people staying on boats there, such a safe and friendly area. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Relaxing in Paradise
We stayed here for our niece's wedding. The condo was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The balcony has a breathtaking view of the emerald Florida Keys water. I had to communicate with the property manager and received a quick and accommodating response. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that we wish I could have stayed longer!!

Great place!
The only issue was that we understood that we would have access to the resort amenities due to the description on the posting. We found this to be untrue by the resort staff and confirmed with the host. Overall the place was great and we really enjoyed our time here.

Great location and clean
We had a wonderful time and loved staying here, 6 adults and plenty of room, would have liked more seating as it’s advertised for 6 people and only had 4 bar stools and 4 for the outside table as well. The owner was super quick in answering any questions you had. I definitely would go back, just a nice central location to the Keys.

Great place but READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY
Beautiful place and fantastic views! Very well equipped with everything we needed. Good location and close to everything the Keys has to offer. A few cons: you have NO ACCESS to the pool areas. While it listed this at the very end of the description, it can be easily missed. This was VERY disappointing to our group. Also, there is only seating for 3 people in the living room. This needs to be addressed by the owner since the unit is listed as “sleeps 6”. Also, parking is VERY tight, especially if you have a minivan or SUV.

The condo was nice and clean, however the WiFi was a little weak…movies would keep buffering. Also phones would not pull up basic sites even though connected to WiFi. The elevator had issues…got stuck between floors…doors didn’t open for a good minute while the motor strained and the numbers toggled between 2nd and 3rd floor. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. Washer/dryer is a little small and it was located in the master bathroom so not convenient for the other people in the other rooms.

Awesome Middle Keys Get-Away
What an awesome place. The condo is spacious, quiet and comfortable. Very well stocked with linens and big bathrooms! Amazing L shaped balcony with water views from the master, second bedroom and living room (kitchen, too). The condo faces the marina and gulf which is north-east-ish. You can catch the sun coming up and walk across the street for those amazing Keys sunsets. Having previously only stayed in Key West, we weren’t sure what to expect of the middle keys. What we found was an awesome place to relax in a QUIET, serene area. Duck Key is not even 5 minutes from Marathon, but is a very secluded and quiet turn off of the Overseas Highway. Grocery stores are about 15-20min away in Marathon and the drive there is great. You can walk to the Angler and Ale down the street and have a fantastic dinner. Take a few steps to the marina and find some water related activities or cast a line. You can walk the streets of Duck Key and admire the beautiful homes and unique bridges on the island. This property is a 10/10 and DO NOT bypass it with the mindset of the Keys = Key West. There are many great restaurants, coffee spots (check out Georgie’s Coffee and Curly’s Coffee) and AWESOME parks within a short distance. Bahia Honda Park is about 25min away and is worth going to every day!

This property was all around great ! Perfect location and within 20-30 minutes of activities. Beautiful view of the water. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to be able to cook a meal. Only thing I’d recommend is more seating for the living room, other than that the condo was perfect !
