You will fall in love with this brand new, light, bright, coastal themed, beachfront condo on the 7th Floor, in the Apollo building. Our remodel was just completed in October 2023. Everything inside the condo is new.... from the dishes & small & large appliances, to the TV’s, bed and artwork. Come & enjoy yourself to the fullest!!
A nice, short walk to the Gulf Coast water!! And, only a 1/2 mile to the Marco Walk Plaza where there are restaurants, shops & a movie theater! The JW Marriott is less than a mile away.
-LIVING ROOM: A gorgeous view of the beach and a new Giant 65” Flat Screen Smart TV, able to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU when you log into your personal account(s). We invested in an "electronic blind", so when the afternoon sun comes shining through you can just draw it down & cool down.
-THE KITCHEN: All new major appliances, which includes a built-in combo microwave/convection oven, a compact Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, a ceramic glass 2-burner electric cooktop and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked w/ the necessary items. Items include and not limited to; a 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, a Single Cup Keurig coffee maker, a large Electric Griddle, Blender, Toaster, pots & pans, bakeware. You'll also find kitchen soaps, dishwashing liquid, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels provided (to get you started). Dine at the large quartzite kitchen island, or "al fresco" on the balcony.
-BATHROOM; We provide a hair dryer, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your favorite toiletries & sun screen. 🏝☀️
-BEDROOM: A new comfy King sized bed and a new Large 55” flat screen Smart TV.
-We limit our condo to TWO (2) ADULTS ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not “cramped”. The condo is only 505 square feet, so it’s just a cute “little” condo.
-BEACH CLOSET: Complimentary use of the beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. We also supply beach towels for you.
-LAUNDRY: Coin Operated laundry is available just down the hall. The machines also accept credit cards. We provide laundry soap. However, I can’t guarantee they will always be there if they’re used up without my knowledge, or kindly replaced.
-PARKING: The parking lot is gated. The only way in and out of the parking lot is with a parking pass, which activates the gate. The parking fee is $45, which gets you a parking pass, along with a covered, assigned parking space. This fee covers your entire stay. There will also be a $75 deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association after your stay.
-ON SITE RESTAURANT: Apollo is the ONLY short term beachfront rental property with a restaurant on-site, called the Sunset Grille. Enjoy casual indoor & outdoor dining for lunch and/or dinner. (Independently owned & operated restaurant)
-The Apollo has an outdoor heated pool & a hot tub/jacuzzi.
-2 Tennis courts & a Gym on site
-FREE internet & cable
-WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL “DEEP CLEANING” IN ALL OF OUR CONDOS, DURING THE FALL TIME PERIOD.
-TURTLE SEASON: Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 9pm until 7am.
Pre-Registration is required by the Apollo HOA, for all vacationers. Please ensure this is done at least 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival. The link will provided for you, in your "Arrival Instructions" that we send.
