The Service Station Suite is a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath unit inside a Vintage Gas Station. This space features a full kitchen, living room for lounging and comfortable beds for sleeping. This space sleeps 4 guests with one King suite and one Queen suite. Enjoy all that Marfa has to offer in this rad, Art filled space.
The Space:
"Service Station Vacation” baby! This unique suite is one of four units recently renovated inside an old gas station. This particular unit, B, is a two bedroom one bath private living oasis with sleeping for four (4) guests. This Vintage Western Gas Station design will have you and three of your friends "Gassed Up" and recharged for whatever festivities you might be gettin’ in to.
Saddle up your electric ride and charge her up at the EV pump. Although this is a totally private living space there are shared outdoor spaces perfect for meeting other travelers and making new friends.
LIVING:
Enter into living room with seating for 4-5 guests. Smart TV and records to catch a real western vibe.
DINING/KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with stove, fridge, dining for four and ample cook-top surfaces.
Cooking utensils and all essential kitchen amenities provided. Just bring your groceries and spirits! Yee Haw!
FIRST BED:
Just down the way you'll find bedroom one with comfortable Queen bed, two side tables, outlets for charging devices, bench, hangers for clothing storage and views of the outside world.
SECOND BED:
Second bedroom is saddled down with one King bed, hangers for storing your nighties, two night stands, bedside lighting, mirror and one long bench.
BATH:
Full bath with luxe walk-in shower, toilet, vanity and large sink basin.
PARK:
As always, free parking next to building. Level 2 EV charging station available.
OUTDOORS:
Although this is a private living space you can expect to share all outdoor spaces. The front of the building has dining for four, four lounge chairs, swings for two. The backyard is completely fenced with large gate. All outdoor spaces are shared and ideal for making new friends. Chat with a stranger... stranger. Have a hog-killing' good time with someone new!
WIFI:
Super fast wifi speeds. Faster than a wild buckin' bronco... that's for sure! However, we do not guarentee WiFi at any of our locations due to our location and difficulty to get a tech or equipment out in a timely fashion. If power goes out we will do everything to get it back up and running in a timely fashion but should nature prevail we ask that you unplug, and replug with nature , friends and family.
AIR:
Brand new mini split systems to keep cool during the dog days of summer and of course, better than rubbing two sticks together in the winter. There are three (3) mini splits in this unit. One in each bedroom and one in the main living space.
CLEAN:
Cowboys aren't afraid to get dirty but we sure are. We take our cleaning seriously. We follow all protocols for your absolute comfort.
PETS:
We do allow pets including your horse so long as you hitch um outside. Pet cleaning fee per stay is added to reservation automatically when you add pets to guest total. All pets require a pet cleaning fee no matter how clean you might think they are. Three pets max folks. We ask that mans best friend stay crated while you're out but don't leave ‘em lonesome for too long. If they bark they might disturb your neigh-bors. Lick and a promise you'll pick up after your furry friends. Outdoor spaces are shared and that means don’t let your new Cowboy & Cowgirl friends get their spurs all dirty! Appreciate it y'all!
MGMT:
Property Mgmt team on hand during your stay. If upon arrival something seems off, please contact us immediately. Please don't wait til after you've gone to say something wasn't right... aint no good in fixing somethin' after the fact. We strive for five stars and we appreciate the opportunity to make your stay a delight, indeed!

This is a four unit Boutique Style Hotel with four private suites. All outdoor spaces are shared so say hello to a stranger… stranger!
The Neighborhood:
This Vintage Gas Station is just on the edge of town and near HWY 90. You’ll hear passing cars and the faint sound of a train in the distance.
Getting Around:
We are located one (1) mile from the center of town and all your favorite shops and nightlife. Some say walkable, some say rideable… some prefer ride-shares. However, we don’t have those here so you might just bring a car or a horse!
