The property has recently undergone a full renovation and refurbishment, including new bathroom, kitchen and all rooms stylishly redecorated. The home is full of character, with original, restored floorboards throughout, exposed brick fireplaces and other quirky features.

A short 5 minute walk gets you straight to the main sands of Margate beach and the trendy bars, cafes, restaurants and shops of Margate Old Town.

The private entrance opens in to a welcoming hallway, with a spacious living room, dining room, with space for all guests to eat together, and fully equipped kitchen off the main hall. The living room has a new Smart TV, a bay window seating area and large sofa bed. The dining room has a large dining table and chairs for guests to enjoy a meal together, if you choose to eat in, and the kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking, preparing breakfast, or grabbing a coffee, with all the expected appliances and amenities for you to use, including fan oven and gas cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Behind the kitchen a utility space has a washing machine for guest use.
