„They were great at accommodating us early, there was a little miscommunication at first arrival but they responded great. They place is new, clean and worked great for what we needed. The only thing I wish they had was wine glasses. Everything else worked great. The location is exactly what we needed and the space for living area worked great for our needs. The owner in the house in front was a doll! So sweet and Miguel hustled to accomadate our early arrival. Would rent this unit again“

Meaning - seasonings, shampoo, conditioner, soap, candles in the bathroom and nice toilet paper. Not the super cheap stuff a lot of people use lol! Beach chairs. A small cooler. „The house itself was fine. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. But the kitchen was lacking EVERYTHING. There was one mug and one small frying pan with a spatula. No dishes or other glasses, no pots, no silverware, no coffee maker. One of the main reasons for choosing a rental rather than a hotel is for the ability to cook. „Sara and Joe have a lovely property in a nice location in Santa Monica. We stayed with 4 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room. The bathroom in the second bedroom is not a full bathroom. There is a very small room, where the baby stayed and there was a small shower and toilet in this room. We ended up sharing the main bathroom shower and we used the bathtub for the baby.
