„The house was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We were visiting IWU for family weekend and the house was very close to campus and anything else that we needed. Jonathan was very responsive to any questions prior to booking. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future campus visits.“

„The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through.“

„The little apartment was in a very peaceful area that felt like you were in the country, although still very close to downtown Marion. It had all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the sitting area with the TV. I could see myself spending time on the porch, relaxing with coffee and a book. Also, communication with the property manager was excellent. Will definitely stay here again. “

„This property was very clean and had all the features we needed. A/C was great! We had a little trouble finding the location however, my phone call was promptly answered and I was able to locate, I was in the wrong parking lot. The only thing is the traffic is pretty loud outside. Busy intersection . They did provide a sound machine which did work to some degree but the ear plugs was the answer. Thank you!“

„A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back. “

I had trouble checking in because I could not get the lock info from the VBRO communications, and I could not reach the landlord. it took over an hour on the phone with VBRO to get the appropriate info. „We loved this property and enjoyed every aspect of it. The house, the location, the lake and all the amenities. We plan to visit again sometime in the future. The fishing was great! A few minor things. The upper A/C. I cleaned the filter it was pretty dirty. It is also extremely loud (it really rattles) I believe to not being shimmed level. In the upper bathroom I cleaned the shower head a lot of holes were clogged. The upper fan speed can not be adjusted due to pull string being gone.  ...

„We were in town for a family wedding. We had a total party of eight. This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed and the price was far more reasonable than four separate hotel rooms. It was very well stocked. The setting is rural, surrounded by farmland and fields but it is only a 10 minute drive from town. Best of both worlds. The renovations were not an issue for us and I can't wait to see the finished product once completed. Overall 10/10. “

„The pool was closed down there was a bag wrapped around the smoke detector in the room the jetted tub did not work properly and the faucet to it was leaking the walls were scraped up need painted over and the furniture in the room the one chair had all kinds stains on the furniture the pillows that they give you was just tiny and thin we had asked for more pills to even make it work and I give one towel per person“
