Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! If you have low expectations, this is the place for you. 1.This apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. 2.The host does NOT respond. There were NO towels or washcloths. I texted the host, he claimed he was coming but never did. 3. You can literally smell who's smoking Newport's from I'm assuming the apartment under. The ventilation is ridiculous. 4.Its on a busy/heavily traffic street...SEPTA has a bus stop directly in front ...

Street parking is metered, so if you come by car, it's worth parking in a lot, but the neighborhood is really well served by public transit AND super walkable. The air conditioner made this July visit comfortable. In all, this was a great place for a week working remotely in Philly.“
