"The moment we entered the Ksar Annika we felt welcomed and in good hands. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent and they took care of all of our needs with grace and thoroughness. Our stay in Marrakech was made fantastic largely due to the wonderful treatment we received. The rooms were made up with thoughtfullness, the meals were delicious, the hamam experience was one to remember. The staff at reception is knowledgeable and they arranged transportation for us and made sure any trips we made were safe and of good value. We were sad to leave as we felt so much at home. If we return to Marrakech we plan to return. Thank you for everything!"
