There are two bedroom suites (both with queen size beds), an open concept kitchen/dinette/living room area, two blow-up mattresses for those with 6 family members, and a private deck. Our spacious kitchen offers microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven, plenty of dining space.Curl up by the fireplace after a day of hiking.The propane logs offer a beautiful atmosphere during the winters. Great get-away for Spring, Summer, Fall and/or Winter! The owner is a full member of the country club which gives renters dining and golf privileges. Great for the ski season also since the villas are located about one mile from the ski lodge and off the main, paved access road. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog. No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
