„Check in war nicht gut. Wollten, das wir die Unterkunft nochmals bezahlen, obwohl wir bereits die Kosten über die Plattform gebucht und bezahlt haben. Dies war überhaupt nicht gut und hat auf die Stimmung geschlagen. “

„Die Anlage liegt sehr abseits, allerdings fährt ein Shuttle für 3 € Hin-und Rückfahrt pro Person zum shoppen nach Port Ghalib. Sonst ist da nix. Das Fayrouz an sich ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Personal sehr aufmerksam und die Speisenauswahl mehr als groß und geschmacklich sehr gut. Eher als Urlaub ohne Kinder gedacht, da außer dem Trixi Club wenig Angebot für Kids. Animation nicht aufdringlich, aber präsent.“

Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt...da kann man nicht meckern. Unser Zimmer war jedoch alles andere als gut...es war schmutzig (überall Haare), kaputtes Inventar...usw. Das Essen war nicht schlecht...halt Buffet welches sich wiederholte.“
