„A 1 night stay for work reasons. The pub and food are excellent with a good selection at a reasonable price. My room was comfortable but very cold due to the old leaking sash windows. All in all for the price it's ok for a 1 night stay. “

„I needed this place to stay overnight for work purposes. For that - and the price - it was perfectly fine. Room was clean, had tea / coffee making facilities - and the place was close to Blaby town centre. Place is undergoing restoration though - so parts of it are untidy; it doesn't look like the photo on the website. No breakfast. Receptionist Glen though was very helpful. Good communication. I would recommend this place for work purposes - it's functional - but would not recommend it for ...

„Einfach und bereits etwas älter, aber gut und vor allem alle sehr freundlich. Würde wieder hierher kommen. Frühstück kann man sich in einem Pausenraum selbst machen, muss im Anschluss daran aber auch selber abspülen. Sonst alles soweit i.O. Direkt im Haus ist ein COOP wenn man noch andere Dinge selbst einkaufen und in der vorhandenen allgemein Küche zubereiten möchte.“

„Wonderful stay. Great hotel with his own perfect character. We arrived for business with family and son and stayed 2 nights. If you looking for a hotel witch keeps the old Victorian style from the past you should not miss to stay there. It will be not for thus who are expecting the new modern chic. We loved the warm welcome and the great hospitality from the owner and his colleagues. We enjoyed our stay and it would be our first choice again. The breakfast is not the best, but the a la carte ...

„5 days with good breakfast and cheery host. The only issue which is symptom of old stone buildings was nowhere to plug devices in. Finally found a power board under the bed. But minor issue.“
