„We enjoyed our stay at this property. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but it certainly served its purpose. I think it would be a great place to stay in the summer with its proximity to the beach and bike path. The only minus was having to drive the long way around because of the horrible condition of the main dirt road. All that said, I would certainly stay there again!“

„This home was absolutely perfect for our girl’s weekend getaway. The house is well stocked with anything you could need (minus towels and linens - that is the only downside). „We have been coming to the vineyard for 10 years now, so we know the location well. The location is great. But… the house is very tired looking and out dated. What bothered us most was that the listing did NOT say no door on master bedroom. It’s open to the kitchen and living room. Which gave us no privacy. There are many things that need to be fixed and updated. Hopefully with some improvements the house will be more enjoyable. “

„The house is lovely and the pool is awesome. Further, there are ample places inside and out to both congregate and isolate. Hosts were responsive when needed. And it's just a beautiful home and property. Everything w/r/t the House Instructions was fairly clear and straightforward - probably the only things I'd suggest would be clarity around Trash Day (it was unclear if trash should go out Sunday or Monday night), and what days the groundskeepers and pool folks come by only so that guests ...

„This house is like a museum! It’s beautiful inside and out. The home wasn’t as private or secluded as I’d hoped. The owner lets the neighbors park their boat at the dock so they roll up on you while you’re sunbathing, looking in the window at you while you’re in bed and roam back and forth through the yard at all hours of the night. This was the only flaw for me and it’s a big one when you pay almost a 1000 a night to have privacy and peace. “

„Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely dirty apartment. The entire kitchen, including dishes and floors, was extremely dirty and poorly equipped. The highlight, however, was the completely filthy sofa. the apartment is located above the fishing equipment shop on the main street to Edgartown. the kitchen was extremely poorly equipped. no tea towels, no rags, not enough glasses and so on.
