"Das Zimmer wurde sanft renoviert. Die sauberkeit ist nicht in allen Bereichen top. Der Wellnessbereich ist neu und sehr schön. Womöglich für die Anzahl Zimmer etwas klein, aber im November hatte es nicht viel Gäste. Gute Lage. Frühstück ok, eher teuer. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich"

"We chose this hotel for a weekend get-away anf we were 100% satisfied. Upon arrival we were upgraded due to the attention of the check-in staff who recognized that it was my wife's birthday. The entire hotel is unique, the architectual design is a lively mix of classic grandhotel mixed with wild and sometimes crazy design. Every staff member was super friendly and made our stay unforgettable. We booked a table for dinner and were told there's going to be a show. What a show it was!! Two awesome artists were presenting several show blocks with different musical styles and the entire house went wild (including dancing on the tables in the later parts of the night :-). The food was great, the selection good. We also shopped at the hotel shop were we found great deal. On the 2nd day we took advantage of the spa area where we enjoyed the heated pool, the saune and hammam. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel staff was really friendly and the room spacious. The breakfast offered a lot. There were a lot of free parking spots available. A bonus were the bikes and shuttle without any extra costs. Plus a hotel card for the public transport."

"Wir haben spontan noch eine Nacht dazu gebucht und hatten somit 2 Buchungen. Es war kein Problem das gleiche Zimmer zubehalten. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. "

"Séjour décevant. La baignoire et le rideau de douche sont anciens et l’eau se répand dans la salle de bains au moment de la douche. La cuvette des toilettes est montée de travers. L’imposte de la fenêtre de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Il n’y avait qu’un jeu de serviette pour 2 alors que nous avions annoncé être 2 personnes. La chambre n’a pas été faite malgré notre demande. Le petit déjeuner est très basique."

"Due to the Spa access times we were not allowed to go into the pool during the afternoon with our children. They’ve been very unfriendly and rude about it. On the second day of our stay we got kicked out of the pool. When talking to the staff at the reception about us being asked to leave they were completely overwhelmed and again not very friendly. Elevator was also not functioning well. "
