WHAT’S NEARBY
This home is steps from a sizeable sand-bottom pond that's great for swimming, and non-motorized activities, including paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. You'll also be within walking distance of New Seabury Marketplace, filled with outdoor cafes and colorful boutiques and galleries. You'll also be close to numerous beaches, including South Cape Beach and Mashpee State Beach. A short drive will bring you to Mashpee Commons, a world-renowned dining and shopping area that hosts concerts, fireworks, and other events. Ferry to the islands: Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, from Woods Hole in Falmouth.

Quiet Hours in the New Seabury area are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of our neighborhood/neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum. Neighbors may summon law enforcement for excessive noise levels within this timeframe.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
