Dieses Traumferienhaus am Wasser in der exklusiven Little Neck Bay von New Seabury verfügt über ein privates Dock und einen friedlichen Meerblick aus fast jedem Fenster. Zwei geräumige Decks im großen Garten mit Blick auf Little Neck Bay und Zugang zum Vineyard Sound machen dieses Haus ideal für Unterhaltung oder Entspannung. Diese Eigenschaft hat auch eine private Außendusche, Kajak, Ruderboot, Kanu, Gasgrill, Garage für zwei Autos, Klimaanlage, WIFI, Kabel und ist ideal gelegen, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang oder eine Radtour vom schönen South Cape Beach entfernt, mit zahlreichen Wanderwegen und Promenade zu Waquoit Jetties. Unser sonniges, zeitgemäßes Haus ist 2700 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über hohe Decken, einen offenen Grundriss sowie viele Fenster und Schiebetüren. Es schläft bequem 10. Der erste Stock verfügt über eine große Master Suite (Schieberegler auf privates Deck, HD-TV, begehbarer Kleiderschrank, Master Bath, Kathedralendecken), offene Küche, Esszimmer und ein großes Zimmer (Schieberegler auf Deck, neuer HD-TV), Wohnzimmer (Gaskamin) & Domdecken), Waschküche, Pulverbad. Der zweite Stock hat drei Schlafzimmer (neue Königin, zwei Zwillinge und ein doppeltes) und Gastbad. Untere Ebene hat große empf. Zimmer mit Wickelsofa, großem HD-Fernseher, zwei Einzelbetten, Spieltisch und Bürobereich. Mashpee Commons und Popponesset Marketplace sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt und bieten gehobene und ungezwungene Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Yoga, Nägel, Filme, Minigolf, kostenlose Konzerte im Freien und vieles mehr. Öffentliche Golf & Tennis sind ca. 10 Meilen entfernt und New Seabury CC ist in der Nähe, ist aber privat. Im Popponesset Inn können Sie direkt am Wasser speisen. Das Lure bietet Live-Unterhaltung und Getränke am Strand gleich nebenan. Ihr Tiefseedock bietet Platz für ein 32-Fuß-Boot, das für Flachwasser geeignet ist (36-Zoll-Tiefgang bei Ebbe). Martha's Vineyard, Waquoit Bay und Washburn Island sind eine kurze Bootsfahrt entfernt und ideal für Paddleboards, Wasserski, Kajaks, Angeln, Camping und Strandurlaub. Great fun on Cape Cod on the water
It was an excellent location complete with a dock on a bay. The dock was great since we brought a boat with us. Easy access at all tides to big water and on to Martha’s Vineyard. Plenty of room to accommodate the seven of us. Very accessible to the mall.

This property in Mashpee was an ideal spot from which to do so many things… runs, bike rides, clamming, boating, fishing, and just being. Ideally located on a quiet tidal pond with a dock allowing for boating, this well-appointed house offered a very comfortable soul-recharging spot. We were also lucky to have family ina separate house in the same neighborhood so having a family gathering was seamless. Wonderful location and perfect set up. Looking forward to next year!!

Our family of 9 adults immediately felt at home. The location on an inlet provided a sheltered access to the water while cold winds blew hard on the Atlantic coast a mile away. The house was well provisioned and maintained. There was more space than we expected from the photos on VRBO. We had a wonderful relaxing visit.

A Delightful Autumn Gem
Our family loved our October stay at this property. The foliage on the property and around the pond was gorgeous. The location was easy to find and easy to use as a base for our many adventures. The house was big enough for our group and included all of the comforts that we needed. Communications about the property during our stay were handled efficiently and effectively. Don't pass this property up -- I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Waterfront with all the amenities you could ever need. Laundry, water toys, air conditioning, peaceful deck to read on, fully equipped kitchen. Style is quite dated, but everything worked and property owner is extremely responsive.

I'll get what little criticism I have out of the way. Furnishings and decor are dated, the kitchen cooktop is induction, and kitchen utensils are limited. - dock is amazing and the boat ride to the sound or to the gorgeous washburn island is a nonstop Norman Rockwell painting. -tide is only one and a half feet in this area so there's always water at the dock and the water was 85 degrees. -beautiful view with unlimited pine scented shade on a private setting. -I couldn't say enough of how spacious and comfortable this home is. -gas grill is excellent and gets very hot for searing meat. -master suite is huge and offers ample privacy from the rest of the home. We would definitely go back.

Almost paradise
So many great things about this property: the location, the salt pond with wonderful kayaking and paddle boarding, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and it is close to everything you need: shops, restaurants, beach, grocery store, etc. The owners were attentive, and when we had an issue with the wifi, they immediately responded and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The one negative is the condition of the house: the furniture is worn and not very clean, the rugs are dirty, there were cobwebs on the lamps, etc. The deck and deck furniture are worn and a bit moldy, and the house is cluttered. For the price we paid, we expected a little more.

Amazing! The views! The house! Sooo clean! Lovely neighborhood for walking or riding bikes (flat). Fishing was fun - caught 2 striped bass (we released but fun to catch)! Family Cape Cod vacation
Great place for a family to spend time together. Beautiful house with a gorgeous water front view. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the water. Plenty of room for all 7 adults and one infant. Neighborhood was beautiful. Great nearby private beach for the boys to try fishing and the rest of us to enjoy the water. Jamie was very helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful week!

Beautiful house with a great view
The house was the perfect size for our group with things to do nearby. We had use of kayaks that we could take right off the private dock on a beautiful large saltwater pond. The neighborhood is quiet, and all properties were well manicured. We were close to the beach and could ride our bikes there. We were very happy with it!

Beautiful clean house on the water
We decided on this spot for a last minute getaway over winter break. Beautiful view of the lake out back. Great layout with comfortable seating and areas to relax. Couldn’t get the gas fireplace going so the owner came over with an electrician and got it going while we were at a restaurant. Thumbs up for the quick response. Kitchen is functional, a few negative reviews seem overblown, just not high end chef ready. Great in winter. Summer must be amazing!

Beautiful location
PROS: Stunning location on the water. Parked 23 foot Grady White in the back. Kayaks were our favorite part - buy more Jamie! Fishing from kayaks and the dock, you can catch some at dawn and dusk. Not really for swimming. Good birding in adjacent marshes / Jehu Pond conservation area abutting. Secret Beach Wills Work down the road is awesome. Close to Mashpee town beach and Commons. Very comfortable beds, central air. Nice area to bike around with stunning properties. The owner went out of her way to drive us over to the beach and she was courteous and friendly throughout. CONS: Was told after booking that the hot tub and rowboat were broken. Reserving the dates was kind of a mess - but the owners kindly gave us an extra night as recompense. The yard is described as fully fenced in but IT IS NOT - if you're thinking of bringing a dog (but there is a small kennel outside). Gate and fencing could be more secured to the water, we were nervous for the dog and four year old. Like others have said, house is in need of a full update. Re COVID: kind of poor prep: We asked for windows to be left open for our arrival and they were not; the windows don't open in some rooms and if they do, they only crank a little. There was no soap or hand sanitizer or paper towels or TP anywhere upon our arrival. There should be a day or two left in between guests IMO. Not sure how seriously they take COVID concerns. SUMMARY: 3.5 stars: The owner and the property, especially its location and recreational amenities are awesome. More serious COVID prep, needed updates and fixes, organization in booking, and accuracy of description would make this five stars.
