„I have stayed at the Cove houseboats prior and had such a great experience I brought my family to have the experience as well. We took advantage of our kids having a cheer competition at the Wilmington convention center and it could not have been a better location or a more accomodating place to stay. The owners were easy to reach with any questions and everyone on-site was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this experience for whatever brings you to stay in Wilmington!“

„The boat was great and Kevin is a fantastic host! He worked with us on a necessary date change, without question, and we really appreciated that. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the marina facilities. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the host can't help that the marina bathrooms were so dirty. The marina is under new management and Kevin is providing feedback to them. Hopefully they will address it for future guests. We loved the location on the ...

„The experience was amazing and the location could not have been any better. It was very quiet while we were there since it was off-season. Which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had one night with intense winds and rain, which was awesome! Laying in bed at night, listening to the rain And having a slight rocking Was just what we needed. I highly recommend this place for a visit! “

„This is our second time staying at the cove. We absolutely loved it. The properties were decorated for the Xmas holiday and there was even a beautiful fully decorated tree in our unit. Walk to so many restaurants so you can’t beat the convenience. Parking was easy and they have wagons available if you need help with luggage. We will definitely be back“

„We enjoyed our stay! We stayed in the bottom 2 bedroom unit. It was neat and tidy with all of the amenities. 2 notes would be , bring your own ground coffee for a traditional coffee maker, which we did because the host lwt us know; if there are renters in the unit above you, you can hear all of the footsteps, so bring a sound machine, just in case your neighbors are early risers. . BUT it is a historic home, so that is to be expected. We drive a Silverado truck and it is possible to park, but ...
