The villa is on two levels:
Ground floor (accessible via the internal staircase or from the garden): a large and bright living room with a comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace and TV and a nice dining area. From the French window you can access both the pool with its relaxing area with sunbeds and umbrellas , the fenced garden and the covered veranda, where there is a table for outdoor dining with a spectacular sea view. From the living room there is access to the two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds that can be coupled, to the two bathrooms both with shower.
First floor: the main entrance door leads to the large open space with dining area, fireplace, relaxation area with sofa and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. The French window gives access to a magnificent sea view terrace, ideal for an aperitif at sunset ! The floor is completed by two more bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with twin beds that can be combined and a full bathroom with Jacuzzi. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Villa Jasmine has access with automatic gate, video intercom, wi-fi and private parking. It 's the perfect location for families and groups of friends who love the tranquility of the countryside and who still want to not give up a beach holiday.
