„We'd visited Rockport in the summer, but never in the winter. The owner was very responsive throughout our trip, from booking to check-out. The house was spotless when we arrived, and we appreciated the welcome snacks. The kitchen was well-stocked with seasonings, pots, and utensils. We weren't sure if the heated pool would be worth it, but it definitely was! My family and I enjoyed watching the football games while relaxing in the pool. Overall, it was a great spot for a relaxing weekend ...

The location was great—just a short walk to the water and a close drive to local restaurants and shops. We loved the peaceful vibe and spent a lot of time enjoying the porch and sea breeze. „I’ll start with the good stuff - beautiful location and views. Clean. Well-appointed kitchen. Quiet at night. During the day, a parade of boats going (I should say “flying”) by directly in front of the pier.Here’s the thing: There was a list of instructions attached to the fridge that rivaled probation instructions. „We really enjoyed the property, it had everything we needed & more. The location was perfect for what we had planned in Rockport- we went to Crawfish Fest & spent time at the beach. HEB was nearby & the house was close to other stores if we needed something. The only complaint was that it wasn't stocked with trash bsgs so we had to buy our own, dish soap & slonges as well.the dishwasher was not functioning at the time. We will consider this property again for a future stay“
