**Trash and Recycling:**
- Please take the trash bins located behind the garage, on the other side of the white wall, to the curb on Wednesdays. Trash pick-up is on Thursday mornings.
- Recyclable materials should be placed in the blue bin.
- Regular garbage should go into the green bins.
For bookings of 7 or more nights, there will be a $50 charge for every missed garbage pickup.

**Towels:**
- We provide two towels for each guest. Extra towels can be found in the bathroom and bedroom closets. Please wash the towels if you need fresh ones.

**House Rules:**
- No pets or smoking are allowed in the home. Violation of this rule may result in an additional cleaning fee. The property management company enforces these rules strictly due to the extra cleaning costs incurred when they are not followed.
-No parties & no loud noise or music after 10 pm.
-No parking or driving on grass.
-No more than four cars parked at the home.
-No work trucks or trailers are allowed on the premises.
-Cleaning fee if a pet is brought into the home.

The upstairs thermostat controls the air conditioning for the entire house but only regulates the heating for the upstairs. The downstairs thermostat, on the other hand, controls only the heating for the downstairs and does not control air conditioning at all.

If you use the patio, grill, or pool area, please clean up after yourself. If the cleaners have to pick up loose garbage from these areas, the booking channel will be charged $50.

Our cleaners are scheduled to clean the property immediately at check-out.

At checkout, please leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor.
Dirty bed linens can be left on beds.

At checkout, please empty leftover food from the refrigerator and put it in a garbage bag (close bags so the contents don't spill out into the bin). Then, place all garbage bags in garbage bins.

Please leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Please do not place dirty dishes back in cabinets. If all the dirty dishes don't fit into the dishwasher please leave in sink.

Mandatory cleaning service fee: $280.
Cleaners will perform a full cleaning service in the home at your expense for each 28 consecutive nights booked.
