„Our stay was fantastic. Both hosts were on top of any requests or information we requested. Property owner was welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was scrumptious, with a fabulous homemade gravy. Yum. The kayak trip was perfect and we were able to launch and return to the B&B, although hosts offer drop off and pick up at numerous stops along the river. We definitely will stay again.“

„We came after the recent snow and ice storm and Mother Nature definitely had some other plans. Busted the water lines in south Louisiana. The owners reached out to us before check in and made us aware they were doing everything in their power to repair the water lines before we got there. Disappointed that the refrigerator and freezer did not work all during our stay and we lost some groceries that we ended up having to throw out. „We stayed here for a long weekend during a family reunion and it was great. Definitely the right size for a couple. Loved strolling the grounds near the Vermilion and bird watching in all the beautiful trees. The house itself was well appointed with everything we needed. It was 21 degrees while we were there, so we especially appreciated the space heaters. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Would totally stay here again. “

„We had such a nice little vacation here! The house is beautiful and well appointed—Patti even decorated it lavishly for Mardi Gras. We loved the location because we could go off in all directions to find things to do and fabulous restaurants. Only one tiny suggestion: the beautiful bathtub is very slippery and dangerous for getting out—it could use a nonslip pad or strips and something to grab when exiting the bath. Patti was attentive to our every need, just the best host ever!“
