„Check-in was easy and as directed. It was great to have a parking space out back. I wish I had known that it was easier to get into the basement apartment from the back parking lot, rather than bringing everything in from the front door. It is a basement apartment with no outside light. Ceiling lights don’t work so you get the light from floor lamps. We were able to check in an hour early, but it was on a whim that I tried since I had emailed, messaged and tried calling the host multiple times ...

„The rooms were spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the individualized touches were amazing. Everything fit the theme. The hosts have everything set up nicely and have things as a "just in case" you forgot something critical. They also thought ahead and have dark towels for those of us with dyed hair! The geese greeting us each morning were adorable All in all it was a great stay, the hosts were responsive, and it was a great place to stay for our Halloween trip to Salem.“

„We had a great stay over memorial day weekend! Check in and check out was one of the easiest processes of any BNB I've stayed at. Great convenient location with easy walking distance to the T and Collete Bakery. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is, but that's not really a big deal. We had no issues at all and the host was very communicative with us! Highly recommend for a stay in Boston!“

„No information about having to carry our stuff up 3.5 story's of steel fire escape. it was hell and dangerous. Not one comfortable chair or love seat in the place. Only one TV and that was in the kitchen. At times the people that live there where a bit noisy. To get comfortable you had to lay on the bed..Had nothing to sit on but 4 hard small wooden chairs. Four hundred dollars a night than nothing to sit on. No stove.“

Walking in the room or someone walking upstairs or in staircase can produce loud noises from loosened wood structures. Kitchen was not adequately cleaned. „The furniture is old as seen in the pictures and the rooms are a bit musty but clean. It’s not possible to open all of the windows. At our stay the dishwasher didn’t work and the water leaked out if the air conditioner. But the host was very friendly. He wanted to repair the devices. “
