„The home was clean and well stocked, though the tap water has a strong sulfur smell so bring some bottled water if that would bother you. There are squirrels making a home in the eaves and will chatter territorially while you sit on the deck, but they're cute.... noisy but cute. We had hoped to be somewhere near the lake, but the close by lake front areas were privately owned so there were no lake views nor lake access for walks along the shore. Kayaks were available but the canal was uninviting ...

„My family and I were so impressed with this house. The accommodations and location are some of the best at Chautauqua Lake. The house was big enough that my family was able to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen is the perfect spot for entertainment and so big that we were able to cook dinners easily. Communication with the owner was perfect. There was one problem that we had when we arrived there were no trash bags and the owner had it fixed quickly. The only feedback I would give is ...

„This place was perfect for two days of skiing at Peek and Peak resort. Less than a ten minute drive to the resort meant I could come back for lunch if needed. Comfortable house with everything you could need (except a tea pot! LOL). Plenty of room to walk the dogs and enough room for dog crates. Would recommend and will be back next ski season for sure! “
