„Starters we didn’t receive check in information until an hour before we could check in. After checking in a few left to grab groceries and others stayed back to swim a bit. After swimming they chose to take a quick shower and found huge bugs which I understand that a few bugs is one thing and that palm beetles happen in the area but 7 dead bugs and 2 live that ran and a few resembled cockroaches and large ones at that was all we could take we left after 3 hours maybe 4 we did receive a refund ...

It’s very nice that coffee and condiments are available at the house so you don’t have to get and go in the mrng after getting in late. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need. It’s very close to the airport but a little out of the way from where we spent most of our time. But still with the expressway it was only about 15 mins from everywhere we needed to be. “
