„An overall great experience. Small and minimalistic, dont overpack to save space. Extreme heat or cold can be a bit of a challenge with a window AC unit in the summertime and a mounted heater over the bed for the wintertime. For us staying in the winter in 20F temps it was cozy enough with the heater circulating warm air, just close the bathroom door to heat less space. Makes for a fast and cold experience when using the restroom however.“

„The cabin was clean with enough space for our family. The kitchen supplies were a little lacking as it would have been nice to have 4 large plates and bowls for meals. The hot tub was nice to relax and enjoy the view. “

„Property was as described in listing. Posted information in cabin very helpful. Communication with property management and owner was very timely and smooth. Minor inconveniences were that the heat went out in a snow storm so we froze our last morning. We brought our own bedding and towels which I didn’t notice in the original listing until after I booked it. It was a good trip regardless and we had fun!“

„First impressions were wonderful! Property was clean, tastefully decorated and very cozy. Property was secluded which was nice and hot tub was a much needed amenity. Had everything we needed and more. Definitely will be back! “

The hardest part was actually getting ourselves to leave the place as they have created a very cozy vibe. We will definitely stay at another box hop property again!“

„This was absolutely perfect for a weekend away with friends. The property has absolute privacy which made spending the evening in the hot tub very relaxing and fun. The hot tub fit 6 of us very easily and probably could have squeezed 8. The living room was big enough to accommodate all 6 of us comfortably and the setup was great for board games. “

„What a wonderful, amazing cabin, it was just as it was listed! Clean, great layout with a bonus of an arcade game in the loft, massage chairs in the living room, and It was secluded but only 16 minutes from a Walmart if you forgot something and only 7 minutes to the Hocking Hills state park which by the way was so beautiful in the winter! One of our favorite parts was watching deer with all the snow around while we enjoyed the hot tub. It also had a plenty of pots and pans and an ice maker, that ...

The driveway was clear from snow and a great spot to see the stars! Location was nice as we were close to popular hikes like Old Man’s Cave and Ash Cave. Would stay again! “

„Great location right in the middle of Hocking Hills with close access to all the hiking trails. Hot tub was fantastic after a ling day hiking. 2 issues that we had were the strong smell of cigarettes in the cabin and the black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom“
