Guests will have access to the full cabin, all building amenities, and approximately 2.7 acres of secluded land. Please make yourself at home. 

COMFORT: The Madison offers two queen size master bedrooms with an additional full size bed in the loft space. There is a multifunction futon allowing the cabin to be able to sleep up to a total of 8 if needed. The Madison also has a hot tub, theater like seating, cable tv, fast Starlink WiFi, a large 60" flat screen TV in the basement (and large flat screen TV on the main floor), and Roku players in each master bedrooms. We provide Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube TV (including the NFL Sunday Ticket!) with fast internet service and Starlink satellite internet (the best available in the Hocking Hills area). Each master bedroom has a spacious full en suite bathroom.

CONVENIENCE: Located in the heart of the Hocking Hills region. Easy, quick access to Hocking Hills favorites, including Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Conkle's Hollow, Cedar Falls, and more! Abundant beauty and hiking to enjoy year round. Also convenient for Hocking Hills activities, such as zip lining, trail riding, rock climbing, and many others! 6 minutes to Le Petit Chevalier Vineyards!

CLEANLINESS: We employ local professional cleaners who understand that our guests want to immediately settle in and feel confident that the cabin is up to their standards.

We're here for you during your stay, but allow our guests the freedom to enjoy the cabin without interruption. If needed, we also employ a local host who is available for any issues involving the cabin.  

During the winter months, if inclement weather (snow/ice) accumulates, it would be best to use a 4wd vehicle for access to the Chalet. We employ a snow plowing service to have the driveway clean and clear for guests when snow accumulates more than 2".

Cabin Quirks: We love coming down to our cabin for its cozy charm and the way Hocking Hills allows us to unplug from our hectic day to day routines. It gives us the gift of quality time together and the chance to focus on the moments that count.  Hocking Hills cabins often have quirks, including well water (some guests prefer to bring bottled water) and cell service that's spotty at times (guest can use our typically reliable WiFi for both calls and texting).  

Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing travel insurance to accompany their reservation.

Beautiful cabin and a star gazers dream.
We fell in love with the cabin as soon as u pull in the driveway.the wraparound porch around the whole house is beautiful u can just enjoy the whole view of the property and at night enjoy the stars.the cabin is spacious beds are comfortable cabin is located 15 to 20 mins from everything we wanted to do so thats was great overall loved the whole time and u go

We loved our vist! The cabin accommodated our needs! We have a toddler she loved crawling on the floor and exploring. We loved the views from the deck seeing the deer in the field as we played cards! The bathrooms are very spacious! Would stay here again! We loved our stay!

The Madison
Nice cabin in a secluded location, but not too far from activities. We had a great time. Loved the huge wrap around porch. We were able to sit outside even though it rained. The kitchen was well equipped and even had Keurig coffee pods stocked. It was cozy but had enough space for us to spread out. Nice space outside for the kids to play too.

Spring break getaway — Two days
The cabin was beautiful, and perfect for us and our college-aged son, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. At the cabin we enjoyed meals together, board games, movies and the hot tub. Outside the cabin we went to Old Man’s Cave, Ash Cave and Le Petit Chevalier Vineyard, all less than 10 miles away. Wish we could have stayed longer! Dan and Casey were perfect hosts, and were very responsive to my many questions. I would be happy to return to this cabin!

Conviently located with privacy and beautiful views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable, and well stocked cabin. Both bathrooms are huge with large walk-in showers and plenty of counter space. The cabin is located on 2 acres and provides beautiful views of fields and woods by day and bright starry skies by night. We even saw deer! We especially enojoyed relaxing in the hot tub, which has plenty of privacy for guests. Dan and Casey are great hosts and provide an online guide with everything you need to know about the cabin, area attractions and restaurants. We love 58 West and The Old Dutch restaurants in Logan. We will be back!

Madison- Great Getaway
We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Madison. This was exactly as presented- a nice country getaway. The cabin has modern features, a ton of space, and nice kitchen with everything needed. The property is secluded but a couple neighbors are in the area (they are not visible). Outside is beautifully quiet with overlook view of a nice little meadow below the cabin. We saw several deer, a few rabbits, and a couple hummingbirds on the deck and porch in the 3 day span we were there- no wildlife interference. The porch Jacuzzi was very nice after hiking! Speaking of that, location is in relatively close proximity to Hocking Hills State Park and related trails- maybe 10-15 mins max to park/lodge. Logan OH (with Walmart and couple dining options) about 25 mins out. Doug and Casey (hosts) were great about communication and checked in with us. Glad we found this one!

Great Cabin!!!
Loved the cabin and was great for our family of four. We enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and for dinners, the hot tub every night and s’mores by the fire. Great location for hiking and renting a pontoon boat. Can’t wait to come back!!

My family and I loved our stay at The Madison. The cabin was very clean and well-kept, and we really appreciated the kitchen being stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. Fantastic Cabin near Hocking Hills
This cabin was perfect for our family’s first visit to Hocking Hills. It was very close to the biggest Hocking Hills attractions while being secluded from others. We had a rainy evening and morning and had a lovely time relaxing at the cabin. The covered porch was perfect! It allows us to grill and eat outside during a warm, summer rain. One of my favorite things about this cabin is it is well stocked (kitchen supplies, board games, foosball, little library, extra blankets, etc.) but not overly stocked or crowded. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Had a great time on our family trip. The kids had a blast hiking during the day and roasting s’mores over the fire at night. The adults also enjoyed the hot tub at night once the kids went to bed. Close proximity to all of the trails and the house was very clean. Definitely would recommend.
