„What can I say? This cabin literally has famous Hat Creek in the backyard! It gives easy access to Baum Lake, lower Hat Creek, Pit River and Burney Falls. The house is clean and well appointed. Layout is perfect for families. We had a great time and hope to come back again!“

„Great location between many natural attractions. Ron furnished a great deal of info left in the unit. We cook meals and nearby Burney has Safeway and a large discount grocery. All necessary items were supplier per the listing … in very adequate quantities and selection. We really enjoyed our time in the cabin and the area. Not sure the future will bring us back that way but woul definitely stay on Ron’s home again.“

„Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again.“
