„We will be staying here from now on when we come to Percy Quinn. This condo is so comfy and cozy and much better than the PQ cabins. The condo was clean and tidy. She even let us check in early bc we had some errands to run before our little vacation could start. The owner was very easy to communicate with and she was so sweet. We will 100% book here again.“

„The pool house was very nice and clean. Very quiet even with the owner right next door in the main house. Advertised a hot tub which it did not have, but the pool was very nice. We caught some small fish in the pond! Of course, we let them go. Walked everyday at nearby Percy Quinn state park.“

„My husband and I stayed at this lovely loft apartment for a few days on a family trip. It was absolutely wonderful and the pictures don’t do it justice! The kitchen was well equipped and there was so much room to spread out. And did I mention how peaceful it was? My husband and I took advantage of the multiple seating areas outside to have a nice dinner under the bistro lights and coffee in the morning on the porch. The host was attentive and available and gracious and we could not have asked ...

„We were in town for a funeral and stayed at this tiny home as an experiment. It was a good experience with the host and the home. I highly recommend if you find yourself near Franklinton. There were farm fresh eggs in the kitchen and everything you could want for an evening stay. It can be hit or miss on short term house rentals, this was a home run.“

„Amazing place. Wish this property wasnt getting so popular because we would love to stay here more often. Cell phone service with verizon is really low, yet family got to spend more time with each other and enjoy the water instead of faces buried in their phones. We like this cabin also because its right down the road from the antique village, in which we enjoy going too as well.“
