This 3,000 square foot home is on two levels, with two massive decks providing seasonal mountain views. Feel like you’re hanging out in the trees and enjoy the peace of mountain living. Children are welcome, but this home is not child proof.

This home is on the Massanutten resort, and just a couple of minutes to most of the amenities provided by the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association (MPOA).

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Please note there are FEES for use of the MPOA amenities that are paid at the time of use. We can't guarantee the community amenities and services availability and operation during your stay.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.
NOISE
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M.
PARKING
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
NO OPEN FIRES
This area is prone to wildfire risks. Never leave outdoor fires unattended.
ALCOHOL
Open alcohol containers are not permitted on roads or in common areas.
PETS
Pets must remain on a leash when off the property, and owners must clean up after them.
TRASH
Do not leave trash outside the home or on porches, as it may attract wildlife, which could pose a danger and cause damage. All trash must be taken by guest to the house hold trash dumpsters located off of Peak Dr.
