„We appreciated the location, view and cozy guesthouse. We wanted to be close to the university as we were visiting our son. The kitchen windows and main entrance face the main home so there is less privacy but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The best highlights of the home for me was the great view, easy parking, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, warm fireplace in master, and comfortable seating in the living area. The laundry machines were an added bonus for our son. It is a very relaxing ...

„Very serene setting, huge trees, quiet neighborhood, and convenient to beaches etc. The home is comfortable, well appointed, and has everything a family needs.“

„A clean and maintained property. The proprietor seems to put a lot of effort into making it welcoming and livable. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and basic ingredients (spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, etc.) without having to buy full quantities. Some older details need work like the shower faucet. It was tricky to figure out how to change the temp. Loved having a laundry facility and free parking! All in all a great little spot to call temporary home. Would book again. “
