„We came to Lawrence for a doctor's appt. The appt was over by noon, which was too late to check out. The front desk said they couldn't help because I booked through a third party. So, we tried to call hotels com., but had no luck. We packed up and drove back to Garden City.Everything I read said there would be no refund so that's where I gave up. We will be back in June“
