Lots of original wood takes center stage in this four bedroom, 2.5 bath historic home. Enjoy cozy evenings under the patio heater toasting marshmallows over the firepit.

Four bedroom, two and a half bath historic home with a dedicated office space which makes it a great location for a digital nomad to work (and play) efficiently.

And the fur family can come along, too - dogs are welcome with a sweet dog bed, toys and bowls awaiting their stay! With a beautiful fenced back yard that option is even more attractive.

The outdoor spaces include a large front porch to watch the world go by from, a cozy back porch and a generous patio with grill and firepit to enjoy on cool, crisp nights.

This home is equipped with everything you could need from umbrellas to toiletries and blow dryers to a kitchen stocked with all the tools and accoutrements you need to cook an amazing meal.

So much to do while staying at Vino e Vita!
Start your morning with a short walk to Union Block Coffee or a longer stroll to Flag & Wire. Stop off at Community Plate for brunch. Grab a great read at 3rd Street Books and something to wear out for the evening at Accessory Appeal, hit up Hopscotch Toys for the little one in your life all in between tastings at the Elizabeth Chambers or R. Stuart. Don`t miss La Rambla for tapas and Elena`s Wine Bar for a great selection of all Oregon wine country has to offer!

With hundreds of vineyards and tastings rooms within a short drive your biggest challenge will be choosing which ones to visit. If adventure is more your style the Oregon coast is a mere hour or so away and hiking spots abound nearby.

Off-street parking for three cars is available. Though McMinnville does not have robust public transportation, Uber and Lyft service the area. In addition, walking the downtown is just steps away.

The house was so close to downtown! It made it so easy to get around. The house was spacious, giving the five of us room to get around and eat together. Contacting the owners was very easy, and we received responses right away.

Beautiful home in great location.
This home was beautiful inside and out. It is centrally located to the downtown area so you can eat at the restaurants and just walk home. I love the historic feel of this house. Management was very attentave to any questions or needs. Knowing they were available made the stay that much more comforting. It is an older home in the historic downtown area. I loved this feature, but some people may not. I will try and make this my new stay location for my yearly trip to McMinnville!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was a great location for our group to visit wineries during the day and walk to dinner at night. Wonderful Stay
We all came to the area to attend a family reunion in Portland. Cousins from Virginia, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Washington stayed in the house. We all enjoyed walking into town for breakfasts, dinners, market and wineries. Easy drive to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Fabulous old Craftsman house wirh original wood floors.
lovely home with nice bedding and kitchen extras. We liked having the fenced in yard and place to sit in back as well as on the front porch. Furniture was comfortable except for the chairs in the living room.

Very clean, well equipped home close to downtown McMinnville. The historic charm combined with modern amenities make it the perfect home in the perfect location. A fully fenced backyard if you have pets top off the list. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Will definitely book again for our next trip!

Fabulous home, Fabulous location
Such a great old house. The one downstairs main bedroom worked great for the grandparents, they said the shower was the size of the one on a camper, but worked fine all the same. The rooms were all so airy and bright. Beautiful furnishings and touches throughout the house. We stayed before Christmas time and loved being able to walk to town for wine tastings and meals. The house does creak when walking, but each room comes with it’s own sound machine for ocean or rain sounds for a good night sleep. Very comfortable beds was the agreement of all guests. The 1/2 bath out on the back porch was novel, and a little chilly in winter, but still used and appreciated with our large group. The kitchen was lovely, but we really only used it for coffee and kids snacks. The dinning table worked well as a gathering place for games into the evening, and they had several games on hand.. All and all a lovely time. Worth the scheduling of showers for the house and its location.

Bliss in McMinnville
This is a great property, I highly recommend it! Every detail was taken into account, a fully stocked large functional kitchen with a nice stove, great toaster, LARGE refrigerator and lots of wine glasses. The neighborhood is in an older part of town, but that is part of the charm and part of the draw that took us to this property. Owners are very responsive, and charming people, I would come to McMinnville again and if I did, I would stay in this property.
