Want a mountain getaway without being crowded with all the other visitors? Look no farther! Meadow View Guest House is only 10 minutes from the base of the Kimberley Ski Hill and Nordic Center. With covered parking, you won't have to clear your car before heading out.
- 768 sqft carriage house on 5 acres built in 2017
- Only five minutes drive to Kimberley and 30 minutes to Cranbrook

Amazing Place and Even Better Hospitality
My family and I stayed here this past weekend. We stayed for 2 nights as we live in Cranbrook and were looking for a relaxing weekend getaway. We were absolutely blown away when we walked into the place for our stay. They had so many little extras set out for us to enjoy! Treats, salt water taffys, chocolates, fresh eggs from their chickens, stocked coffee station with a variety of hot drinks (caffinated and non), the fridge had juices, pops, and even had ketchup, mustard and relish! Not only have they provided all of these items, but they have fully stocked their kitchen with pretty near anything you may need to cook and bake! We greatly enjoyed our little stay here and would highly recommend checking it out!

Fantastic Escape from the 9 to 5
We had a midweek stay to get away from it all with our 7 year old Labradoodle. This was the perfect property and location. Amber (the owner) was amazing and very accommodating and generous with her time. Honestly the lady never stops and takes great pride in offering a 1st class experience. We felt totally at home at the property which was modern, clean and well stocked with everything you could think of. We were greeted with a selection of goodies which included fresh eggs from their chickens and raspberries from their garden. An overall positive experience.

Cute and comfortable space
We stayed for 4 nights, 2 with just my husband and I, and 2 with another adult. The space was comfortable for all three of us. Amber welcomed us with a cheeseboard and some snacks after our long drive. Thoughtful extra touches as well, some trays for our dog. Dog got dirty at the lake, and Amber let us use the hose outside to clean off before coming in. Nice and quiet property, yes still only a 5 min drive into town. Thanks for the nice place to have as our home base for a few days.

Amber and Stefan's place was the perfect home base from which to explore Kimberley and the surrounding area. We appreciated the care Amber and Stefan took to ensure their guests can enjoy their surroundings because the amenities are all taken care of. This includes very comfortable beds, blackout curtains in the bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen, spacious living room/dining room area and large windows in every room that can open. For those inclined to do laundry on vacation (!), an in-suite washer and dryer are available. The extra touches of a welcoming snack or beverage and farm fresh eggs for breakfast were simply delightful. Thanks Amber and Stefan - we hope to stay with you again.

I so appreciated all the spices, fresh eggs and butter and a few condiments that helped me to have a variety of flavours during my week. Vey Private, hosts live in adjacent house but cant hear/see them. They sell fresh eggs that their chickens lay, and they are delicious!! Super comfortable and spacious with everything you would need. Highly recommend.
