Das 2.370 m² große Haus befindet sich auf 3 Grundstücken am Hunter's Creek, der in den schönen Silver Lake mündet und Teil der Silver Village Association ist. Es verfügt über 4 geräumige Schlafzimmer, 1. 5 Bäder, offene Küche / Ess- und Wohnzimmer sowie Familienzimmer. Großes Deck auf der Rückseite des Hunter's Creek, das in den Silver Lake mündet. Terrassenmöbel und ein Gasgrill zum Essen und Entspannen im Freien. Bringen Sie Ihr Kajak und / oder Kanu mit und paddeln Sie den Hunter's Creek entlang, der direkt in den wunderschönen Silver Lake mündet! Wenn Sie kein Kajak oder Boot haben, können Sie eines bei The Wave Club mieten. Wir befinden uns direkt an der Brücke, die Hunter's Creek überquert. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang über die Brücke und eine unbefestigte Straße führt Sie zum Assoc. Pool und Spielplatz. In günstiger Lage, nur 1,6 km vom ORV Silver Lake Sand Dune-Eingang und nur 3,2 km von den Stränden des Lake Michigan entfernt. Nice location. Still close to all downtown attraction 7-10min walk, community pool. Set back off the street and away from most of the noise. Nice beds, and great host. Rebooked for next year.

Loved this house!

We had 8 adults and 2 kids….plenty of room for everyone! The beds were super comfortable. The furniture was super comfortable. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you’ll need. The front yard is huge and perfect for lawn games and squirt gun fights! We enjoyed the back deck and the kids liked trying to fish for the carp that came by at night. And the location is fantastic. Easy walk to the pool, Craig’s cruisers, and the lake. Easy drive to MacDunes, Pentwater and Ludington. Highly recommend this house!

Never Disappointed

Perfect placement

The house is situated far enough from town and off the road that it’s nice and quiet. Yet it’s close enough to town that a short walk or bike ride gets you there quickly. The house is very cozy, in the sense that it’s not a musty cottage. It’s nicely decorated and very well equipped. The kids loved that they could dunk our kayaks into the creek right out the back door of the house and off the deck. It was also a bonus to be able to use the garage to store our 9 bicycles while we were there. Mindy was very accommodating and a wonderful host!

Perfect week!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Mindy’s home! The house was clean and beautiful. All the comforts of home and then some. We had a group of 4 adults and 6 children and we had plenty of room. The kids especially enjoyed the creek in the back yard and the short walk to the pool! We will definitely be doing it again next year. I highly recommend Mindy’s happy place!

Another GREAT Stay!

We have been lucky enough to stay at Mindy's house a couple of times now. The house and property are very large and accommodating of a large group or family. The owner (Mindy) is exceptional in her communication and co-ordination of making your stay worry free. We look forward to yet another return trip next year.

Silver Lake Family Vacation 2022

Mindy, the owner, is very accommodating. Her home was very comfortable for our family of 7 adults and two small children . The decor is warm and cozy so we immediately felt at home. Good location too. Just off busy N. Shoreline Dr. but close enough to walk to shops and other attractions. Look forward to next stay.

Family Vacation

Our military family drove from CA to Silver Lake to have a family vacation with my brother, his family, and my mom and dad. That is a total of 11 people and we all fit just fine. The property is just a few minute walk to the rides, restaurants, and of course, gorgeous Silver Lake. Yet, it is nestled into a quiet community with a nice community pool. Mindy is a super nice lady and very accommodating during our stay. We look forward to staying again really soon!

I love this home :)

We felt very fortunate to get this reservation in the winter for our summer vacation this past week. The pictures and reviews were great so our expectations were quite high. I have to say though, they were greatly exceeded :) This house is spacious, beautifully kept up and has a great up north feel to it. ALL the amenities and necessities are there, the beds were sooo comfortable, the yard is great for any activity, the deck and fire pit are large and private. The location is perfect and the pool is fantastic, Laying in a hammock by the stream was a dream. Launching our kayaks right off the deck to head to Silver Lake was another bonus. I cannot say enough great things about this property and the owner Mindy. It was exactly what we had hoped for and much more. We usually go to Silver Lake every 3-4 years, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else now.

Our Happy Place is Happening

This property is at the center of all the activity! Walking distance to Silver Lake, community swimming pool and the main strip serving up food and family fun. This is our 2nd year staying at Our Happy Place and we truly enjoyed all it has to offer. Mindy is the absolute most welcoming and accommodating owner. We are already looking to book again next year.

Great Clean Centrally Located

We loved our stay here and our host Mindy was most accommodating. The place is well kept, stocked, and nicely decorated. Walking distance to Craigs Cruisers, ice cream, the lake. and about 1 mile easy walk to sand dunes. The home offers many places to sit inside and out, everyone had space to do thier thing. Great spot i would rent here again!

Great family spot

This is a great family vacation location! The house was perfect. The owner was quick to respond with any questions I had. There is so much to do in the area that was either walking distance or a few minutes drive. The yard is big for kids to plan on, has a nice fire pit, and a pool with playground a short distance away. One down fall was the pool hours they are closed Tuesdays and Thursdays and have limited hours on other days.

Amazing stay at Silver Lake

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect for everything there is to do, just a short walk from the downtown area. The pics don't do this property any justice. The deck was amazing. As a family we'd sit out there for ours watching the wildlife. our grandkids thought it was the greatest. Quack quack was said a thousand times :) The joy on their faces. The open concept allowed you to interact with everyone. The decor was fabulous. Mindy the owner outdid herself. Endless laughs. Washer and dryer was a great perk after a long sandy day on the dunes or the lakes. I can't wait to return with my family. The yard was perfect. We had plenty of room to set up cornhole for us and the little ones and ladderball. The walk to the pool was a short distance. The only bad thing is having to leave. Mindy has a great house. The amenities are more than we could have asked for. The memories we made will be with us forever.

Our Happy Place

We stayed her at Our Happy Place in July 2020. This house is very nice, shabby chic decorated , and spacious. This is an open floor plan with 3 large bedrooms , and bathroom upstairs., over looking the dining and living room. Downstairs kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedroom, living and family room. Our family had enough room to spread out and enjoy all the rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, small, and large appliances. The front yard is huge. We enjoyed playing kickball for two days, and on breaks enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Also, enjoyed the back porch and eating dinner outside. My grandkids enjoyed kayaking in the creek/ river.. Enjoyed the sand dunes, sand boarding, dune rides, silver lake Boat riding and tubing, Craig’s cruisers, and ice cream at the Whippy dip.. There is many things to do here, and we only scratched the surface. I hope to make this a tradition. Thank you very much Keely family for opening your home so mine could enjoy a vacation!

Wonderful Getaway

We have vacationed in the Silver Lake area for many years and this property is great. Location: close to dunes, boat rental, go-karts, and town (could walk if wanted), and we took advantage of the Hunter's Creek access and enjoyed that a lot with kayaks, rafts, and paddle boards. Kids also liked watching the ducks and fish in the water. House is welcoming and homey with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. True the upstairs gets warmer, but it really only bothered one person in our group who opted to sleep on the couch downstairs and he was fine, said it was very comfortable.
