Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The hotel is super stylish, safe, and well-designed, with flawless room service. However, I experienced significant issues:
- Pool area is useless with only six loungers for hundreds of guests
- Freezing cold room with defective air conditioning
- Long breakfast delays the first two mornings
- No soundproofing—loud music all night
- Unhelpful rooftop bar service
In Detail:
1. Useless Pool Area
The pool looks great on the photos, but it’s completely impractical. There are only six places to lie down for the entire hotel.
2. Freezing Room
The air conditioning in my room kept resetting to 16°C and couldn’t be fixed despite multiple requests over 2.5 days. I was finally moved to another room in the middle of the third night, but by then, I’d already caught a cold from the freezing conditions.
3. Breakfast Delays
While service improved later, the first two mornings were a disaster. Breakfast took over 30 minutes to be served, and I had to leave without eating both times. Starting my day cold and hungry is not what I expect from a hotel of this standard
4. Noise Issues
The lively area means music plays all night which is fine, but the lack of soundproofing windows made it impossible to sleep without earplugs.
5. Rooftop Bar Service
While the rooftop bar looks impressive, the service was unaccommodating. When I asked for an extra cushion to support my back, I was told it wasn’t allowed— despite there being plenty available.
