Diese Eigenschaft ist ein legitimes "Tiny Home". Es enthält ein Loft mit einem schönen Queen-Size-Bett, eine Küche, ein Vollbad, einen Wohnbereich und sogar einen Platz, um bei Bedarf an Ihrem Laptop zu arbeiten!

"Tiny" steht in einem sehr großen parkähnlichen Hinterhof unseres Blockhauses, das wir auch als Ferienwohnung vermieten. Es hat einen eigenen Außenbereich mit einem Tisch zum Entspannen und Essen.

Es hat den Komfort eines winzigeren!

Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand von Medford. Es ist nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt von Jacksonville entfernt, wo Sie fantastische Weinproben und Restaurants finden, die nur einen Steinwurf entfernt sind. Ganz in der Nähe von Ashland Skiing und der Heimat des berühmten Shakespeare Festi

Great tiny home but no AC ready for us on a 105 degree day
I was very excited to stay here. The location was great and the neighborhood was nice when we got there, and the tiny house looked great. But when we got inside, the tiny house was absolutely as hot as a sauna. It was 105 degrees outside and the standing AC in the tiny house was not turned on for our arrival, by the time of about 5 PM. The gases from the wood in the tiny house were off-gassing and my lungs felt tight from the fumes in the home. We went to a wellspring and came back a few hours later and the place was still blazing hot. There was no water left in the fridge for us, except for a half-filled bottle that looked like someone else had drunk it on their last vacation. I spent most of the night on the floor because it was incredibly hot and I have health problems and was concerned I might get ill if I slept in the hot loft. When we woke up the next day and had to leave, the temperature in the home was finally livable. I noticed a note in the book of rules for the house which stated that if the owners of the premises realize the AC is on in the tiny house, they will enter the home to turn it off. Overall, the tiny house was nice but I felt that the AC should have been turned on for our arrival, and because of the owners statement that they would enter the rented space to alter the temperature if they desired, I would not come back here. I felt more of a burden than as a proper guest, and I would expect more for the price I paid.

Very nice tiny home. Low clearance upstairs, not surprising for a tiny home. Small picnic table to use. Fence between the area and a fairly busy street. Great place to sleep, not a great yard or view, which was fine for us after hiking a lot that day. Overall, a nice value and cute place to stay.

Unfortunately we stayed here for a night during a hot spell in July. When we arrived the tiny house felt hotter inside than the 80-90 degrees outside. We turned the air conditioner on right away (around 6:30pm). The air conditioner did not catch up until sometime around 4am I'd say (I got up and it was still going but finally felt decent). The loft area had a nice fan, but it didn't help. The bed was comfy and we were tired... We tossed and turned as we were HOT. In our other stays, host ensure that the home is cool upon arrival.

Tiny stay at this tiny home
Lauren was wonderfully communicative during my tiny stay in her tiny home. Fortunately, the freak heatwave that hit during my stay didn't impact my sleeping temps at night. It was cozy, and a great way to experience a tiny bit of Medford.
