„I like that the property was updated, however, they still has some work to do such as, property had mosquito and we cannot sit outside too long. They did not give us wash clothes. I did not get the loft I asked for and they did not change it. “

„Lot of staff. Good comms. Spacious condo units run by a management company. Bit far south means quiet but also bumpy 20min ride to town. One of our party took a fall in a boat on a tour arranged by management. Not really their fault. They were very supportive & communicative to get her down to the hospital to be checked out. „Das Zimmer war wirklich schön, aus dem Bad hat sich allerdings ein übler Geruch nach faulen Eiern verbreitet, der auch nach 3 Tagen lüften nicht besser wurde. Der Strand vorm Hotel ist wegen Seegras nicht zum Baden geeignet und der Weg in die Stadt nur mit Golfcart oder Taxi (10€) machbar.“

„We (family of 4) stayed 4 nights at Bay Towers. We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views. It was nice having a kitchen to use. The pool and dock were lovely! The AC was not working properly when we arrived, but the staff were prompt to have it repaired. The beds were comfortable! One thing to note: laundry is not included in the accommodation costs, nor is it available every day. We wish we would have known this ahead of time. But overall, Bay Towers was a great spot to stay! Thank you. “

„Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time. It's just as described, and Aileen, Randy, and their staff were all very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Our 4yo especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the pool! (Incidentally, we loved being able to enjoy the rooftop space, along with 2 patios off of our condo.) „Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Mahogany Bay, die Zimmer und die Anlage sind schön gestaltet und gut gepflegt, der Pool ist sehr gut und das Personal ist freundlich. Der Strand, der zum Hotel gehört, ist auch schön. Die Schnorcheltrips, die wir zusätzlich gebucht hatten, waren super! Nachteile sind, dass auf dem Grundstück weiterhin gebaut wird, es dauert wahrscheinlich noch etwas bis alles fertig ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet, das wir laut Expedia dazu gebucht hatten, gibt es nicht - ...

Aber personal an der Rezeption haben auf meine zugegebenermaßen nicht tolle Laune bei Anreise alles andere als professionell reagiert und blieben arrogant bis zum Schluss - obwohl ich inzwischen sehr freundlich war .. aber irgendwie gut, zu sehen , dass wir keine Computer sind und alle ihren Stolz haben :) .. “

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in sauberem Zimmer

"Schönes und vor allem sauberes Hotel; freundliches Personal; gutes Frühstück inklusive; das Hotel ist direkt am Anlegesteg der Wassertaxis und daher sehr zentral gelegen, daher war es nachts auch etwas lauter aber das war für uns nicht störend; das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Wasserabschnitt dafür aber eine Dachterrasse."
