Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. “

„Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. „das Essen war sehr gut. das Zimmer sehr gross. die Bar war im Umbau und leider gab es keinen gemütlichen aussenbereich zum Essen oder etwas zu trinken. Bier war ausgegangen und der Park schliesst um 6 Uhr. da kann man noch draussen am Pool ohne Ambiente sitzen oder auf dem Parkplatz rumlaufen. der Nationalpark war sehr voll von reisenden Indern, die über weihnachten 10 Tage urlaub machten. wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel und preis Leistung stimmte nicht.“
