„This was perfect from check in to check out. Staff met us at the front gate, check in was easy with Kato helping us with dinner reservations and explaining where the onsen, reading room and other services were located. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional... all of the staff were so attentive. Arina was so lovely too. The food was incredible, delicious and tasty. The room was spacious and the bathroom with the private onsen was perfect. Our stay was perfect... Highly recommend staying ...

The traditional ryokan was a fun way to experience Japanese cultural and the staff was extremely happy and gracious to help us through anything we didn’t know.“

„Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines.“

„Great spot away from the busy Tokyo area. The rooms and the hotel is special in its own way and has a lot of character. Felt like being in my grandparents home. Really enjoyed staying here and it made it incredibly easy to walk to and from the train station to get bus tickets. Would definitely tell friends to stay here in the future. “
