Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
There was a continuous metal grinding noise in one of the bedrooms, when I reported the lady at the reception was extremely rude and said “we can’t do anything about it” , “ guest before you didn’t say anything about it” , “there’s nothing I can do”
Let alone a word of kindness or apology
whereas the other gentleman at the reception who came to inspect, made a voice recording of the sound to show her , still she was extremely rude whenever she spoke, I didn’t know what she was so mad about
Even when I checked out she was asking me to pay for the parking ( I paid for my parking in advance during checking in) she didn’t check records and asked me to pay until finally i managed to show her proofs anyway it was terrible stay
No cleaning , poor communication, continuous noise , no comfort , roll away bed was a nightmare to sleep on ( in case you’d need that please be mindful it’s a mistake) garbage smell in elevator ( as large garbage bins are right in front of elevator in the car park )
Entrance to car park is tricky because the reader is on the opposite side of driver ( so you have to get out of the car to tap every time you go in and out of parking )
