The kitchen and living room:
The fabulous floor plan in this beautiful beachside home comprises a kitchen featuring ceaser stone benchtop, quality appliances including a gas cooktop with an electric oven, a dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Dining options include gathering around the central family size dining table or selecting the outdoor BBQ and dining on the timber deck. The living room offers stylish comfortable furnishings, a wide screen TV, Netflix, Xbox and arcade game system. A second living room is located upstairs featuring another wide screen TV and DVD player . Complete with heating and cooling throughout, Wi-Fi, Netflix and ample living space for guests to relax and enjoy.


The bedrooms and bathrooms:
Two beautifully presented bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The luxury queen size master bedroom is located on the second floor offering a WIR, and a full Ensuite with a vanity and a large shower. Upstairs is another queen size bedroom, Each room is beautifully furnished and provide BIRs and all linen. The spacious family bathroom offers a shower plus there is a powder room. Outdoor shower in the rear yard to rinse of after hours of fun at the beach


Privately set back from the street in a quiet neighbourhood and just minutes to the beach. Bring your runners and bikes and follow the beautiful off road coastal track all the way to Dromana or Rye. The township is brimming with cafes and dining options, loads of shopping, a cinema, and the annual summer carnival. The totally private rear entertainment deck flows seamlessly from the kitchen and is ideal for capturing the afternoon sun. The garage will accommodate 1 car or securely home your jet ski, while an additional car can park in the drive way.
