I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted with dirty glasses and towels in the room, which was off-putting right from the start.
The biggest issue, however, was the shower faucet. It was broken and would only provide extreme hot water or lukewarm water. Despite multiple conversations with the front desk regarding the issue, it remained unresolved throughout my stay, leading to constant running water that was both wasteful and frustrating.
Due to these maintenance problems and the lack of effective communication from the staff, we decided to check out early, which was disappointing as I had hoped for a more enjoyable experience. I would suggest the hotel address these issues promptly to prevent future guests from encountering similar problems.
