Relax and enjoy Memphis in this spacious, centrally located home. With space to sleep up to 10 people, this place is perfect for any large group looking to explore the area or to simply to enjoy time together. Located in Midtown, exploring everything in Memphis is just a short drive away.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is great for large groups of up to 10 people.

Each of the 3 bedroom contains a queen bed. The entertainment room has doors, which allow for the room to be converted into a 4th private sleeping area with the sleeper sofa. Lastly, a self-inflated air mattress is provided for use in the common space in the living room.

This lovely 1940s home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. The entertainment room with a pool table, large screen TV, board games, and provided snacks will ensure your group has a great getaway!

This quiet, family-friendly neighborhood is located just a few blocks from Rhodes College and Overton Park. Our neighbors (along with us) take a lot of pride in their neighborhood and keeping the neighborhood a beautiful, safe place. We expect guests to help maintain the high-quality of the neighborhood by respecting quiet hours and we do not allow gatherings of any kind.

Security Cameras: There are security cameras mounted on the outside of the home at each entrance to the home. These cameras are not pointed in towards the home and are for security reasons.

Great place, great price
We loved the house. It was charming and plenty of room for my family of 6. Great location, very quiet and clean street, and like 5 minutes to the zoo. The furthest we drove for anything was about 20 minutes. The decor is really nice, we enjoyed the games and especially the pool table. Ashling was amazing about keeping in touch to make sure if everything was going smoothly and to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone.

The house was perfect for all of us over the weekend. The location was perfect - close to Rhodes and easy to get anywhere else in the city. The neighborhood was quiet. Ashling was a fantastic host and even left a gift basket for our grad.

Plenty of character!
My family and I enjoyed our stay! We really liked the old style characteristics of the house, but it also has plenty of modern touches! Nice garage to pull car into. Drive way is a little thin, but plenty of room to get a family sized car in and out. The host was very hospitable, responsive, and great to deal with.

Awesome visit to Memphis
This was a last minute trip planned to do something with my granddaughters on their spring break. I booked this house without knowing anything about Memphis or the area but were extremely pleased with it. This is a charming older home with modern updates. It was immaculate, has very large bedrooms plus the second TV area had a sofa bed. The kitchen is small but has two large refrigerators and a separate large dining room. In the 3 days we were in town we did a lot of things and they all were within a 15 minute drive ... Graceland, Beale Street, Pyramid, Civil Rights Museum, Ghost Tour, etc. and more. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, we didn't actually see or hear another person in the area during our stay. No issues with check-in or upon leaving, Ashling checked in with us several times. Totally great rental experience.

Cute, Comfortable, and Convenient
We had an amazing stay at this super cute home! It was very comfortable and accommodating for our multi generational family of 10. The teens loved the game room. The adults loved the ability to spread out. It was close to all the sights, parks, and museums in downtown Memphis. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend to all! We will definitely stay here again if ever in Memphis.

We booked this home for a multigenerational family trip. There was plenty of space to be together (and apart!); the game room was fun for our boys. We highly recommend making the trip to Gibson’s Donuts. Be sure to tell them it’s you’re first time visiting. 😉

Excellent choice!
Everything was just as described. Very roomy! Clean. Everything worked and was settle in ready. Only issue was no bath rags, but that was NO problem. The neighborhood was quiet. We seemed to be fairly close to the things we wanted to do. If we come back to Memphis, we will definitely try to stay here again. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Cute place!
Such a cute place to stay while in Memphis. Ashling was easy to reach and communicate with when we had questions or problems. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some relaxation! The heater box, phone table, etc all made for fun conversations for our kids too! Plenty of games and the pool table were all enjoyed!!

Wonderful property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Location was perfect for our visits to St. Jude, the Zoo and childrens museum. There was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 4 children to spead out when needed but also ample space for us to come together for meals and group activities. We made use of the kitchen and laundry. Would highly recommended this rental.

Location was perfect for our family. We enjoyed playing pool together in the evenings. They had lots of games available. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The Kitchen obviously has not been upgraded yet but when they do I am sure it will be beautifully done. I would recommend this property to a friend.

Had a great stay at this property for 4 nights. Convenient to the airport, zoo, Shelby farms park. Neighborhoods around Rhodes college and the zoo felt safe to walk / jog. Nice paths in Overton Park just a mile from the house. Photos are very accurate. Comfortable beds. Extra blankets available. Shower in master bath had awesome water pressure and felt great after my triathlon. Host is VERY responsive with excellent communication.
