„Hidden paradise. We will definitely be back. My 3-yr old loves the pool. The place is clean. We love the warm temperature of the water, it calms the body. I just wish they offer other mode of payment aside from Cash and Netflix on TV. Friendly staff. “

„Dirty towels, limited toilet paper, our room was wet all the time. It was rainy for the 2 days, we have lots of water on the floors close to both doors of the balcony. Not going back again !“

„The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. Her place is very neat and linens are clean and smells good too. And if you’re planning to cook your own food, better buy ahead all your needs before going there unless you bring your own car. Overall, I love the place and we’ll surely book the same place. Thank you again Ann👍🤗“

„While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right ...

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The location was very convenient, close to everything I needed. „Toilet not flushing , sink detached from the wall and floor, leaking from below. Staff was informed but someone came just to mop the floor. That room needs serious work. 217 , we had a reservation for two days but we left after 24 hours. “
