„The property had a marvelous view and was very clean. I always arrive at any VRBO with a myriad of cleaning supplies. I did not need to clean the house before I felt comfortable.We did speak with the owners about the sofa which is subpar. „We spent the weekend in this unit (#3) and upon arrival we were a bit apprehensive as the outside doesn’t look great but once we got inside it is a clean, cozy little place. And the location is perfect for accessing all of Mendocino and the headlands.The bed is full size, so a bit small, but comfy and we managed to trip a circuit breaker by using the coffee pot and the heaters at the same time . Overall, a cute little place for the weekend.“

„The Mendocino art center is wonderful. We loved being in town and so near the ocean. We loved our little apartment. The only thing I would request is that the outdoor lights are super bright, for them to be turned off at night. They’re not gentle lights. They are very bright, LED blue lights.
